Donuts were old and stale. Coffee was good. I ordered a dozen donuts and coffee. Will not go back.
I was in Bloomington today to pick up some stuff for work and my wife wanted a coffee with some pumpkin flavor. We stopped about... 4:30 in the drive thru and placed our order. We pulled up to the window paid and added a small tip. The girl at the window wasextremely grateful and thanked us. Not even 2 minutes later the barista came to the window with a huge smile and handed out mywife's drink, thanked us and let us know he made this drink. We both had a good laugh and thanked him. For the second time in the last week, they made me totally the wrong drink. The first time I caught it since it was iced and I... could see it was the wrong thing. Today my drink was hot so I didn?t notice until after I left since there was a long line. I amvery upset that I ended up paying for a drink I don?t like and didn?t order. Read more
Update- 9/22/22- Went to Oakland location a bit ago to try again. Nope, same Indian lady working the window. I was barely able... to get drink from her and she said bye and left my bag of food on the window sill of my car. Dunkin needs to fire this lady. Sheis rude as hell and cares more about getting you away from her window. 9/19/22: Still a hot mess. Freshly ordered/toastedsandwiches are mushy and gross. Manager is always rushing. You barely pull up to the window and your bag of food is being forcedat you before you can even stop. Both this and the new location on Greenbriar are horrible. The manager's at both have quite theattitude. Read more
Every time we go to this Dunkin?? Donuts it?s always some type of delay some type of issues some type of problem that happens to... occur whether we?re the first in line or 10 cars back. this is absolutely unacceptable when giving service. I am learning to come at certain times because not everyone makes my Signature Caramel Latte how I like it. I would say early... morning is a better time to visit this particular Dunkin?. I always order the bacon chicken and cheese Croissant and sometimesit?s cold. I?ll take it home to warm it up but other than that I love the staff they?re always super nice and friendly. Read more
Made my daughters 4th birthday ice cream cake and it was honestly surprisingly good! Especially for a cake that fed 12 people... for less than $30! Definitely will be doing this again in the future. Definitely reccomend! Read more
I came to this location, bought a coffee and some breakfast items. I asked for a cup of water for my kids to drink, and they... asked if it was ok to charge me $1 for a cup of water. I replied and said ?no that?s not ok?, that I wasn?t going to pay $1 fora cup of water. They never seem to carry seasonal donuts that my kids like to eat. The donuts taste hard and dried out. Luckilythe coffee hasn?t gone down the drain. Read more
