If 0 stars was an option, that would be my choice but I need to leave some comment. There was a roach in our food, I didn’t... notice it until I was a few bites in, I thought it was a hair which wouldn’t have bothered me as much(still disgusting) but Iwent to pull it out and I saw the body and legs of this insect. Maybe not a roach , but I am disgusted. I called for a refundand the lady was absolutely rude and hung up on me , but the male manager called back to make sure I got the refund. I amappalled at their health and hygiene of this establishment, as well as their customer service. I’m very upset I was feeding myson this , to find a roach or some kind of bug in it. wasted $40 on our order. Read more
Usually they are really great but I recently went there and they didn’t give my fried rice separately from my egg foo young... and I didn’t get white rice like usually do. Both the fried rice and egg foo young was burnt. Read more
I have order delivery from their web site twice and both times my credit card number was stolen the next day and used to make... fraudulent purchases! Be careful either their website is hacked or someone there is steal credit card numbers. Read more
I don’t usually write reviews, but I am this time. Perhaps it was a bad day, but this was the worst Chinese food I ever had.... My chicken was all breading and very little chicken. My Mongolian beef was in strips and tasteless. The lo mein and rice weregood and the egg rolls. The wontons had some type of meat, no cream cheese and were so hard I could barely bite into. Themeats just had not much flavor. It was hot. I’ll be calling tomorrow. Read more

Decent food however... Ive ordered online from first wok two times. Both times Ive ordered, Ive had my credit card info stolen?... I recently ordered from First Wok this last sunday, and on tuesday afternoon I received a call from my bank about fraudulentactivity spending around $160 in New York. Could have been a crazy coincidence but the exact same thing happened the first timei ordered, back in september, on a different credit card. I am not sure what is happening here, but I will not be returning. Becareful if you choose to eat here. Read more
