The food was good but there is no baby changing table in either bathroom. I'm very disappointed in the lack of changing tables
Just ordered. 54 minute delivery for two blocks away. Unfortunately I tipped before the delivery. Didn't cut the sandwich, no... mustard packets. They really were freaky fast in the past but it's been a good decade since they got me a sandwich in under 30minutes. Read more
This location is always pretty quick and even faster if you go inside, staff is professional and friendly. Probably the best... location in bloomington normal. Only downside is the small cramped parking lot. Read more
What a joke of a restaurant. First after an hour and half I call them to see where my order is, this is when they tell me that... they delivered my food to the wrong address. They the say it will be about 30-45 more minutes to get my food. When I ask for mymoney back he says it will be another 5-8 business days. If this is the incompetence they show with a delivery, i don't trustthem in making my food. I highly recommend ordering from somewhere else. Read more
Placed a order thru the app..asked for no tomato and no onion. They delivered the sandwich two different times with exactly what... I asked to NOT have put on it. I?ve refrained from posting negative reviews but after this time I?m done with jimmy john thisliterally happens everytime i order from here either delivery or through the drive thru?no worries though because I was refundedbut I?m good on y?all. My second time ever having jimmy johns. And disappointed yet again. The slice of cheese is thicker than the meat they put on it.... LOL. It?s so pathetic. The cucumbers, tomatoes and veggies are sliced soooo thin it?s ridiculous. I thought subway was stingywith their meats but jimmy johns def had them beat.Their bread is good. Customer service was good but everything else fell short. Food came late (which obviously happens sometimes), but when I... unwrapped my sandwich I found HALF the normal amount of meat. The combination of skimping and my food coming late left a badtaste in my mouth. Read more
Waited over an hour for my little sandwich and chips. I?m only two blocks away and thought that maybe I could get lunch here... faster than going anywhere else. When I called an employee answered with no greeting. Now it?s been over a decade since I?veworked in food, but I?m sure not much has changed. I?m aware that everywhere is short staff, but that doesn?t mean I want to bebrushed off when making a complaint. I feel like the manager on duty was very dismissive and was literally no help.
