1 star is being generous. They never get my order correct - and the food is never fresh - but today was the kicker: I go to... place an order at 11:15 (45 minutes after opening) and someone comes on the speaker said they were not open? This location needsa massive revamp. Read more
Stop here quite often as the sandwich is better than any other fast food place in town. Always HOT and juicy. On the other... hand, both the regular and crispy chicken have NO TASTE! BLAND!. I have had KFC in other towns and the chicken here is not, inmy opinion, KFC recipe. There is no hint or even taste of the secret recipe of herbs and spices KFC advertises. The staff Ihave encountered have been friendly and efficient. Now, I wish they would fix the grand canyon of a pothole in the entry drive. Read more
Every time I've been here they always say they're out of crispy chicken when probably just to lazy to make more and always go... elsewhere about done coming back. Update decided to try it once more and had everything out quick but people inside were veryrude and food made us sick. The food at this location and the staff working the drive thru last night couldn?t have been any better. They were great taking... our order and the food was perfect! However the outside appearance of this location needs some serious tlc! Half of theentrance is a huge pothole and needs the concrete replaced and I don?t think anyone has mowed or removed the weeds around thebuilding this summer. It looks like they started some updates outside, and a new sign is in back, but it hasn?t been finished. However the food is always great so don?t let the outside looks fool ya! :) Read more
I'm only giving 2 stars because the workers were extremely polite. After dodging the sink hole to pull into the parking lot I... order a 16 piece & a drink. Listed on the menu at 20 something for the chicken. Get told my total is $48 for the chicken &drink. I kindly say no, I just want the chicken (because the price aligned with the meal with the large sides). They tell methat is the price just for the chicken & a drink, the prices got increased again today. I respond with "almost $20 increase?"Another worker comes on the intercom & states that they increased prices today for the 6th time this year & they haven't gottenthe stickers to change the menu board yet. Needless to say I canceled my order. Both ladies were extremely polite, I feel badfor them wondering how many people weren't so polite to them over something they cannot control. We love kfc - however in the past month we have experienced : 1. We are out of chicken ? ?? How does that happen ? The wait is... 40 min 2. we have no crispy chicken 3. We are out of biscuits 3 separate occasions / dates all in the last 4 weeks ? Pleasefix the entrance - I nearly lost a wheel in the huge huge area that is missing concrete . Parking lot entrance can swallow your car if your not careful. The main sign is missing, weeds growing in the parking lot. I go... get ice for my drink and a million gnats pop out of the tray. I had to blow them away to fill my drink. My spicy chick stripsare sitting in a 1/4? puddle of grease, the floor looks like nobody swept or mopped in days. It was a toss up between tossingthe meal in the trash or deal with the situation the best I can because of a time crunch. It?s obvious that the owners of thisfranchise don?t care about this location. This place hasn?t seen an update since the 90?s. It?s unfortunate that posts likethis fall on deaf ears. Seems like all the KFC?s went downhill, I think I?m done with KFC!
