Probably the worst service i have ever experienced. I try to understand what customer service workers go through because i work... in customer service and i never make bad reviews so my experience was worth the bad review. Both ladies working were incrediblyrude. They were complaining to each other that taco bell next door had more people working there but their attitudes showed whythey don?t have many employees because no one wants to work in a toxic environment. There was a sign that said to fill out areview on the bottom of the receipt but conveniently couldn?t print receipts for any customers that asked for them. I paid andthe lady just walked away. Not to mention we waited quite a while for her to even take our order. We got there at 7 and theylocked the doors behind us and a couple other customers so no one else would come in but it wasn?t time for them to close yet. Read more
The General Manager Was EXTREMELY Disrespectful! She Slammed the Window In My Face When I requested for my food to be cooked... fresh because everything I received was COLD . After I went in to tell her how RUDE she was she proceeded to call the police onme and told me I got my product and to get out of her store. I asked her for a refund since she didn?t want to make my foodfresh and she told me the ?Company policy? was NO REFUNDS . I will N E V E R Go Back Here . Friday July, 22. This is one of the worst KFC restaurant I've ever gotten food from. The people running this restaurant are very... sorry and can't cook worth anything. The chicken I bought wasn't cooked and was poorly battered. The biscuits were undercookedalso, I will never buy anything from that restaurant ever again. They have terrible cooking skills. Asked for extra gravy. Got no gravy. Chicken was hard and dry. No ice for pop. Pop was flat. Building looked abandoned and... needed mowed. No silverware, no honey and 2 hot sauce.. requested a handful of each when I ordered and at window when I paid.. Iknew to pull off and go somewhere else but I really wanted KFC. Will not be back. Conveniently located just off West Market Street and not far off Interstate 55. Meals include one-piece dinners with chicken, a... drink and a side plus a cookie. Also, pot pies and chicken littles, among other choices available. Pepsi is the KFC standarddrink, instead of Coke. Good way to get a bite and get back on the highway again. Read more
Horrible service. Lemonade was weak, warm and no ice. Our other drink was a Pepsi. It too was warm and no ice. Had order 3... piece all white meal. Got dark, two small thighs and one leg. Mash potatoes was cold. No was in drive through line whileWendy's was packed. That should have told me everything. Read more
STAY AWAY GROM THIS KFC I love KFC and go frequently, this trip here was one of the worse restaurant experiences of my life. It... says "New Management" on the sign out front but I failed to see anything right in this store. I should have went qut and walkedout but I was hungry. Ended up throwing it out as you couldn't eat it! It's clear to see the owner of this store is unwillingto pay good so they have good staff. This is my first and ever 0 star review.....
