This review is specifically about awful customer service. Placed an online pickup order to be ready around 5pm. Lobby was busy... and full of people waiting. The workers are obviously behind. We (the lobby people) have been waiting there for about 15minutes. A middle aged lady politely asked the chick behind the counter if they were working on her order because she?d beenwaiting awhile . The chick behind the counter responds with ?I don?t know your name. I can?t read minds? ?.listen, I?m always whining about my pizza not being cut all the way through. This time my pizza was not only entirely uncut... but it was also no less than 3 hours old. Little Caesars has always been the cheapest pizza, but it feels like every year or so they downgrade the quality of the pizza.... It used to taste a lot better. Read more

The wings I ordered was very cold, I think they had been sitting there for a while, when I called, they informed me they would... cook some fresh wings and no one knew what I was talking about, so, I settled for the ones that was already there, the AfricanAmerican guy working at the front counter, was not friendly at all !!!!!
