This review is specifically about awful customer service. Placed an online pickup order to be ready around 5pm. Lobby was busy... and full of people waiting. The workers are obviously behind. We (the lobby people) have been waiting there for about 15minutes. A middle aged lady politely asked the chick behind the counter if they were working on her order because she?d beenwaiting awhile . The chick behind the counter responds with ?I don?t know your name. I can?t read minds? ?.listen, I?m always whining about my pizza not being cut all the way through. This time my pizza was not only entirely uncut... but it was also no less than 3 hours old. What?s more, my cheese pizza was actually about 30% pizza almost all middle crust. Trygetting a toddler who doesn?t eat crust to even look at this cheese pizza. Go ahead I?ll wait. Read more
Little Caesars has always been the cheapest pizza, but it feels like every year or so they downgrade the quality of the pizza.... It used to taste a lot better. Read more

Just got all the way home and discovered: 1- our thin crust pepperoni is a regular crust cheese, which none of us like. 2- our... ?extra most bestest? regular pepperoni has so little pepperoni that I would complain if it was a regular, let alone supposed tobe loaded with slices. Maybe they?re turning into you get what you pay for instead of a good deal? Super disappointed in theexperience. Read more
I absolutely love this Little Caesars. Ken, the manager, is amazing and wonderful. He makes sure that his customers are happy... and satisfied and goes above and beyond his job requirements. I highly recommend this Little Caesars. No other store compares tothis one in Bloomington or Normal. The manager, Ken, truly knows how to run a business and keep his customers happy. Nothing at this location is ever hot an ready. There's is 4 people standing around in the back and they don't look like they... care to make the pizzas. The poor girl in the front is doing everything. But when the pizza came out, it was perfect ?????? Read more
The wings I ordered was very cold, I think they had been sitting there for a while, when I called, they informed me they would... cook some fresh wings and no one knew what I was talking about, so, I settled for the ones that was already there, the AfricanAmerican guy working at the front counter, was not friendly at all !!!!!
