If an order for a dash is going to take more than an hr you can cancel it for them. It cost us too dasher and pay. We are not... employees so we get paid the same no matter how long the time. This really made me upset they don't care about dashers. Dumbmanagers that can work fast or problem solve. Read more
The food tastes fine, but the quality service is atrocious! The lady taking orders is rude toward customers and looked annoyed... the whole time. Everyone but two people were just standing there talking and not making orders. The entire restaurant lookeddirty. Service was incredibly slow. Would not recommend this chain to anyone. Read more
I think the food here is great. I get the club sammich thing, where everything is piled high. Portions are generous. The chili... is outstanding. My only downer, they need more help during lunch rush. The employees on duty are professional and hard working.They just need a few more of them. Read more
We ordered a harvest chicken salad sandwich for carry-out. The top of the croissant was burned to a black crisp! How that could... happen is a mystery. Its a cold sandwich. New girl didn't explain menu very well . But the older lady that was training her was very nice and brought us our food and... drinks. She was very nice and explained to me as it was the first time I had eat there about the menu and that the new girlneeded to have explained the menu better . older employ was very good at customer relations . was very upset till she come overand checked on us and was very helpful .My experience was made very good by older employ on afternoons I would recommend her fora raise because of her knowledge and customers service you need more employs like her just my option. Food was good, service was good. I was a little unsure what to do at the end of my meal, should I leave my dirty dishes on the... table? I couldn't find a spot where I'm supposed to return them so I just left them there.. I think that's normal but they don'thave table service so it's a little weird.
