I have been an app member since 2019 and because McDonald's app for it's older customers did not adapt with the new version for... loyalty points. I didn't even notice until I seen my friends paying with the points and they have been a member for under oneyear. So far McDonald's has been unwilling to give loyalty points even though they have record of all my purchases since Ibecame a member. Unfortunately at this time I can longer see myself being a loyal customer. All my reviews are up to date andwill change according to customer service. Burger King was able to start me a new account and add the points to the new account(solutions) I am sorry I been here before it was a thing I feel if it's a loyal program then it makes me feel your telling me Ihave not been a good loyal customer to you.
