Review Date: July 13th, 2013 I consider myself a meathead for trying this place. Burgers are like pizza. They can be made a... million different ways. Every company tries to differentiate themselves from similar places by adding their own unique twist.Whatever was going on at Meatheads on this day was not working out in their favor. Meatheads is what you could callfast-casual. In the same vein as Five Guys, you place and order at the counter and they bring it out to you. Instead of it beingreally cheap and really fast, these places emphasize quality over price. Instead of getting a value meal, you?ll pay a bit moreand the price is reflected in the quality. This is the future of fast food, in my opinion. I?ll be honest? I love a good burgerand I am a simple man. It doesn?t take much to please my taste buds nor my stomach. But Meatheads failed to deliver on both.While it?s been awhile since I?ve been here and I don?t recall every detail of my visit, I do remember being really excited totry a place that had a cool name and good reviews. What I got instead was some disappointment between two buns. I rememberbeing sad after being hyped up by the reviews and how good things sounded on the menu. My burger, while not terrible, didn?tsatisfy. It was just meh. I always throw in the disclaimer that maybe it was a bad day for me to have a burger. Maybe it was anoff day for the chef there. Without having gone back, I can?t say for sure. The reviews for the place are great. The company isdoing well and has expanded into the Chicago area. So, they have to be doing something right. Delicious. Cajun fries are kinda unmatched. Manager is usually there and super friendly. Drink selection is mid imo and they... need to add a meal deal of some kind of make a smaller fry size. Read more

Very good hamburgers, a little pricey. However a nice take on a great American sandwich.

This place was worth finding!! The burger was delicious we got a gluten-free bun it was almost like a biscuit the fries were... fresh and perfect with delicious dipping sauces! Overall a decent place with good food. Prices are staggeringly high for burgers, and fries are equally overpriced, but taste... pretty well. Nothing crazy great but overall good. Atmosphere is nice however there were a ton of burnt out bulbs and theabsolute darkest bathroom I?ve ever been in. This place could be great if they make some adjustments and reel in their prices tomatch the quality. The burgers are flattened style and fries are a little hard from overcooking. Total price with tax came outto over $18, and their register has the tip option for some reason. Read more

We brought our 3 grandchildren in for lunch and also mentioned that my birthday date was wrong and customer service told me I... had to go to store to fix it. The people that waited on us were very helpful in my inadequacy of managing the app. Since appshowed my birthday as April and reward expired, they got my birthday corrected and gave me my birthday shake! Ate at Meatheads for the first time in a while today. Had a breaded chicken sandwich with bacon, barbecue sauce, cheese &... veggies, it was fantastic and the fries were absolutely great to! I love the variety of the drinks that you can also choose atthis place. We had to eat outside because of the pandemic. I have to say it was quite enjoyable eating outside!
