Wasn't too thrilled with their pizza. Bottom of crust was a little burnt and could hardly tell it had any topping on it and... barely had any extra cheese on it. The pan pizza was ok and had more toppings than the thin crust. Read more
Good food and fast service! Was staying in Bloomington near the airport before my flight back home the next day and was craving... Monicals pizza and breadsticks at 8pm after just driving too and from a wedding up north in Streator so I was tired and hungry.The service was great and the food tasted amazing! I was a little nervous at first because I always go to the Monicals inChampaign, Urbana and Rantoul so I was hoping this one would be good and it was twice as good as those ones! Read more

There was only one server but she had everything under control and was very pleasant!!! We each got personal pizzas and the... crust was black all around the edges. Plus there were some black places on the bottom crust as well. Read more
Conveniently located, a short distance off Veterans Parkway. Polite, courteous and attentive staff. Online and phone odering and... take out and delivery. Wide range of pizza options and toppings, bread, soda, etc... Usually they have online and storediscounts or specials. Read more

Monicals is a local favorite, however our experience was borderline inedible. Salad had random black/brown pieces of lettuce to... pick out, after eating a couple missed ones lost my appetite for salad, but hey there's pizza coming! Pizza arrived, albeitundercooked. After eating the outer pieces (which appeared to be done, yet not at all crispy) revealing the inner ones that wereobviously barely cooked, rubbery slimy crust. By then we'd lost our appetite for good. Too many better options in town for pizzato even consider Monicals. Read more
