There is a reason why this papa John?s has as low of a rating as it does. I ordered 3 pizzas, only one came the way I ordered.... It was a simple computer error, I get that. The manager stated it was my fault and they were not going to do anything about it.They could very easily remake the pizzas, but she absolutely refused and even started accusing me of using profanities on mycall trying to provoke a reaction from me. There is a papa John?s on market street with much better customer service. Thismanager needs to learn proper communication, baiting a customer into losing their cool so they can justify not having to remake2 pizzas is beyond y professional. Read more
Called at 4:45p, requested delivery for 6:30p, pizza arrived at 6:57p and definitely was not hot. Delivered to a hotel?no plates... or napkins, no parmesan cheese or pepper flakes were offered. (Ordered pizza last week from Marco?s Pizza and these were allbrought to the hotel without even having to ask.) ???? Only plus was the cashier on the phone was friendly. Read more

This papa johns does take only pickup or delivery orders. No dine in Food quality was great they make fresh dough. Ingredients... were fresh and quantity was good. however breadsticks are not as good as pizza hut Read more
I don't want to complain too much becuase I think the employees here are working hard and doing their best, however the crust on... their original crust pizzas is always SUPER disappointing. Generally a pretty normal outer crust , but the crust under thetoppings is abysmally thin. Like new york style pizza thickness. Just disappointing buying a single pizza for 15+ dollars andgetting something so unsatisfying... Read more
I literally have no idea what happened. Last night, ordered a pizza around 6:40 pm. I was waiting for it, the website said about... 29-39 mins for the delivery. I waited an hour and 15 mins for the pizza that somehow never showed, at least that's what Ithought. I called them and luckily got a refund because apparently it was already delivered. I assumed that they delivered tothe wrong apartment so someone else got my order. Turns out the freaking delivery driver or someone left the pizza in front ofmy door and literally DID NOT KNOCK! The pizza definitely wasn't there when I called about my order around 8 o'clock. I had noidea my order was sitting outside, on the ground, until this morning. There were ants everywhere because of it. If I could givezero stars for their delivery service, I would. So if you want a pizza here, just do pick up. Read more
We preordered pizzas a 3:00 to have the delivered at 7:00. I understand that it?s New Years Eve and they are super busy. At 7:25... my wife call and the representative says the pizza just came out the oven and they will be at your door by 7:45. Still no pizzaas of 8:18. We call back and they say it?s coming out the oven now. So my wife ask why would some say it?s would be at my doorif it?s just now coming out the oven. Then the representative got rude with her and said ?Do you want me to cancel your order.Would that benefit you?. This is just POOR customer service.
