Went to have a nice dinner, but was greeted with low customer service. I?m always kind and understanding with severs because I... know how it is, especially around holidays. However, when asked about what we?d like to drink, server was mute and judgey. Iunderstand servers don?t know a ton of English but they could at least acknowledge or say something. We asked about certaindishes because of one friends allergy, and instead of answering they told us that we should not eat here if we can?t read.Overall the prices were ridiculous and the customer service was bad. Same experience as other posters. Exorbitant prices and low quantity of pho compared to other pho places. Tastes decent but not... spectacular. I guess they feel like they have no competition and therefore can screw you over at will. Avoid. Read more

I got pho, and the meat was non existent, there were 4 pieces of flat meat at the bottom plus gave me these cut up cold balls... like hurriedly made. I've had pho someplace else and they don't serve it so low quality like that... very disappointed Read more

Portion sizes are terrible for a pho bowl. They charge 16 dollars for a bowl of pho and the amount of pho you get is pretty... pathetic compared to other pho places in Chicago. They're only able to do this since this is the only pho place around here, buthonestly it feels like such a rip off. They should really increase the portion sizes if we're spending 16 dollars for a bowl ofpho. Quality wise it tastes like the standard pho. Definitely not worth the price. Read more

Great pho place!! You can tell it?s going to be good as soon as you walk in the door and smell that amazing pho cooking. The... staff was super nice and you can tell they really care. The veggies served with the pho were fresh and plentiful. The broth hada great flavor and the meat slices were a good size. This was my second pho I tried. This place was extremely delicious, staff were quick and kind and the food MY GOD IT WAS GOOD.... Very authentic tasting. I can?t wait to try different items on the menu. I loved how fresh everything tasted. Place smells sogood as well. Read more

Surprisingly I found this authentic Vietnamese place around Bloomington IL I was like WHATTTTT? Impossible but this place makes... any impossiblities come true!
