Ordered pizza, breadsticks, and 4 sodas for delivery. First delivered without the sodas. Called in and the guy came back... with 3. Called again and was told they would try to get the driver to come back out. They stink. Read more
I hate to put someone on blast, but we've had this problem three consecutive times. We ordered a pizza for delivery and had to... call twice in the hour after we were supposed to receive it. When it did arrive an hour an a half late, we received someoneelse's order and the food was lukewarm at best, but honestly cold to the touch. When we called after we got the wrong order tosee what happened, the person who answered the phone hung up on us. We had to wait half an hour to even speak to a manager; thisordeal was our entire night. We really gave it every shot, but we can't order from this place anymore. Went from a fixable situation with an easy solution to escalation complaint to corporate. I ordered a pizza with bacon and... pineapple but received a pizza with ham and pineapple (it's a big deal in my house!). So I called the store for a replacementand they insisted that I return the incorrect, used and possibly contaminated pizza with the unfortunate delivery driver andthat they would only be allowed to give me the correct replacement pizza (hot and fresh in their car) if I gave it to them.We've been sick (I explained that, too). So then I asked for a manager, was already speaking to him and he was very unpleasant.I asked for the district manager and luckily she was right there but she was more insistent and unpleasant than the manager. Sheeven gave me the wrong number to corporate help line. She was talking bad about me after she thought she put me on hold. It hurtmy feelings they way she insulted me for lying and being a theif. She even told me directly that "What you ordered is what yougot." That is the end of my personal experience with this specific Pizza Hut on Hamilton St. in Bloomington IL. Currently been waiting 2 hours for a pizza to get here. The chick at the actual pizza hut hasn't even been kind of helpful.... Every time I call "I don't see it on my screen, so I know its on the way" girl its been on the way for an hour!! Didn't offereven any coupons or anything. Never again. Terrible Read more
EDIT: The manager apologized, said he would talk to staff and gave me a free order so I changed the rating. I have hopes that... things will get better. I placed an order at 10pm and called the store at 11pm. On the phone they said it had just went out fordelivery at the moment and I get a text confirming it?s on the way. 12am hits and I call the store again to make sure everythingis okay then they say the order never actually went out and they have to remake it for delivery? I understand this stuff canhappen with understaffing but it?s unacceptable so obviously lie to a customer. I would have rather took a refund then to waitanother hour and be told I was lied to. called for delivery was told it would be 40 min. after an hour i called back was told it was out for delivery then. called back... 20 min later was told that my order just left the store. if i didnt have it in 20 min call back. after 3 hours still no food,and no refund of my koney. im now out 40 dollars. the price of my order plus the price of mcdonalds. wouldnt recomend this pizzahut. dont order if your hungry, you will remain hungry and be out money. The absolute worst Pizza Hut I have ever ordered from. Rude, late and never delivered the order. Had to convince the manager... that the delivery driver was lying about delivering the pizza just to get a refund. It never arrived. I left detailedinstructions. They said ?we got several orders?. That?s fine, but what?s not fine is waiting an hour and ten minutes, callingin, and still not getting your pizza. Then having to complain for a refund. Read more
Avoid this location if at all possible, they do not answer phones, don't inform when out of a particular dough, and are... extremely unprepared for dinner rushes. I am a former Pizza Hut Employee that left in 2014 and the type of work (if you cancall it work they did here) would NOT be tolerated. Never ordering from this location ever again. Oh and the manager looked atme like a disease and didn't bother to address me. And we're leaving cooked pizzas on a wire rack throwing them surely way offaccuracy. Read more
