We had great service! While we waited with our 6 & 8 year old for a table, the sweetest hostess (Gillian?) gave our kids a... lobster presentation and they were overjoyed! She knew SO much about lobsters that it was a very unexpected, educationalexperience for them and we all loved it. Everything else about our experience was great… attentive server and good food! The food was okay properly prepared and the breading crispy the fish is far too thin the clam strips we're extremely tiny... scallops were okay just small My potato arrived cold The broccoli was too crisp and could have used about another minute or twoin the steamer not sure what was going on with the rice just didn't bite right... The manager is rude and unprofessional, I asked to be sitted at another table, and she started blowing under her breath. A clear... sign that my request was troubling her. I thought spending my money was suppose to be a good thing. The place was almostcompletely empty, it shouldn't matter where I sit. Restaurant rules: I sit, I spend MY money and I eat. Although Red Lobster can be pricey depending on what you order the food was hot and delicious. Our food service came out really... fast after our order and we did not spend a lot of time having to wait. Our waitress was polite and helpful with foodrecommendations. During lunch when we went Red Lobster was not super busy which was nice. Overall, I would go again when I am inthe mood for some seafood or good pasta! Read more
Pasta tastes microwaved, there are some parts that are cold and others that are hot. mashed potatoes not soft at all, pretty... much everything tastes microwave or just gross.
