Additional Information
We ordered something but they only did part of the food and forgot about the rest. Although there were not so many new customers... but our waitress seemed very busy with other tables' new orders and kept us waiting. We have to talk to the front desk to getthe problem addressed. The food is acceptable but the service is the worst I ever had. Read more
They say they have waffles but they haven't had them in months, apparently there is a shortage of waffles going on... we brought... this up to the girl working the front register that morning and she says, "People want a lot of things and can't get them..people want Amoxicillin and can't get it." Me and my friend both looked at her before walking away... didn't apologize ornothing... very weird and bazaar thing to say to a complete and random strangers. This is good home cooked meals just missing any BOLD flavor! I'm not considered a Sr. Citizen at most places but Shannon's made... me feel like a youngin in the crowd. This was lunchtime.. Great variety on the menu with Daily Lunch specials. I will definitelygo back sometime. Read more
