I have ordered from this Subway location for many years. The staff is always friendly and efficient.
Do not go there. Had to call the POLICE this evening on the Supervisor after witnessing her cuss and yelling at the Latino lady... in line in front of me. The Supervisor said no one would do anything because her actions were okay. I had my daughter therewitnessing just how EVIL people really are. The store manager came while we were speaking to the police officer and the managerwas just as rude as the Supervisor. Thanks for exposing my daughter to such un-kind, nasty, racist behavior. She was actuallyscared of the employee. I will definitely be reporting to corporate in REALLY HOPE. They take action. Read more
Went in about 2:00pm today, ordered the sub of the day which was the Italian. I was charged $7.99 for the sub of the day combo,... the menu says $6.99 along with the add on the window. I asked the cashier why, and the manager immediately turned around andsaid ?We?ll the prices went up? I didn?t argue it, it?s only a dollar, but also false advertisement or employees not ringingitems up correctly and not knowing the prices of their menu. On my way out, the manager saw me snap a photo of the advertisementon the window, (yes my intention was to report this) once in my car(windows down) she runs out, pokes her head in my window anddrops a dollar on my passenger seat and says to me ?here you go sir? I replied, ?no thank you I don?t need your dollar?. Howinsulting and unprofessional of her the way she handled this. This location is in need of good customer service as well asmaintaining consistency when ringing up items. My bill was $20.00 for the same order I purchased Sunday night ( two combos) foraround $15.00. I believe Sunday I was under charged and today was over charged. This place needs improvement. Read more

I placed an online order to be ready at 130pm went in to wait at 118 sandwiches were done and ready. Was thinking maybe they... made them to quick and they might be messed up. NOPE all sandwiches for perfect and couldnt ask for better service from the 2young ladies working. Will definitely order from this location again!! Read more
Been coming to this Subway for quite awhile, this is the first time we have had kind of bleh service. They could not even add... correctly. Also with Subway doing away with sweet onion sauce is a definite bummer. May have to rethink where we patronize. Read more
This place is amazing! The staff is not only friendly, but quick, accurate and hard-working. I loved how they served me and how... they treat their customers. I think their lobby area is very well maintained, clean and we'll lit. More subways could learn athing or two from this one. I don't always go to Subway, but when I'm in Bloomington, I would choose this one. Stay hungry, myfriends. Read more
