Not only was my order incorrect, I also received awful customer service. I missed 16 wings from my order and called the... restaurant for a refund. They told me I would have to come in to get a refund even though it was an online delivery. They triedbribing me saying that they would ?hook me up? with free food. I?m a college student and don?t have a car so that?s not anoption. I contacted wingstop support 3 times and all the customer service reps told me I would get contacted by uppermanagement. After a month with no contact, I DM?d the WingStop Instagram and they told me the same thing. WingStop telling youupper management is going to contact you is a complete joke. Read more
They are so disrespectful in this store. They also like to end calls and not answer there phone calls when they still have 40... minutes left of opening. The disrespect and professionalism in this store is overrated and dreadful. Read more
Went in and they were busy which I expected. I ordered online ahead of time in an effort to avoid the lines and wait time. I was... immediately asked what the name on my order was. After that they asked at least 5 more times over the course of an hour. Neveronce did they check any tickets or even check to see if my order even existed. Just asked my name and then walked away everytime. After an hour I became frustrated and told one of the employees to cancel my order and give me a refund. She told me thatthey're busy and that they're looking at an extra 5-10 minutes on every order. She told me this after first asking me the nameon my order over an hour prior. She looked up my order and then tried to tell me that it was already done and was given to me.They gave my food to someone else and then tried to tell me I already got my food. Then when I explained this to them Ireiterated that I want a refund. Why would I want to wait potentially another hour while you remake my order? I was essentiallytold they didn't have time and they'd deal with it later. A week later I ended up doing a charge back with my bank as I neverreceived the refund. The food might be good but it's genuinely just a worthless location with incompetent individuals. Icontacted everyone you could contact all the way up to corporate and was ghosted every step of the way. Not even an automatedreply much less an apology. I?m never a huge fan of the restaurant but I tried the new Louisiana dry rub and ooooh man is it good I got traditional bone in... with Cajun fries and ranch and it was really good and I would recommend them over BWW if you?re looking for some tasty wings Read more
Horrible. Got take out. Fries were cold 1 minute after leaving store. Put cold items in bottom of both our large party pack bags... with hot items on top. Beyond disappointed Read more
