Our server was extremely attentive and kind. The Cod was amazing. The gravy was weirdly thin but flavorful and not hot ugh. The... choices of salad dressing were slim. Eggs were cooked perfectly! Ordered curbside pickup because I have mobility issues. I waiting 20 minutes calling the phone number several times but no one... would answer, so I ended up going inside. Once I got inside I realized what the problem was they're so grossly understaffed theysimply didn't have time to answer the phone. The lady couldn't find my order but said she remembered making it then realizedsomeone else had taken it so she made my order again. I felt so bad for the poor woman they were literally meeting themselvescoming and going. Not the best experience but I will say the food was delicious. Read more
The new Thanksgiving Sandwich has so much potential to be so good. With a little less stuffing, more than 1/2 teaspoon cranberry... sauce. I can almost taste the difference. I must admit it was still good, but really has the potential to be great. Oh yes,don?t forget the pickles. Read more
We were there once and ordered soup and sandwich and was told soup was frozen and won?t be ready soon. So we tried again another... day.. Soup and 1/2 sandwich. We sat there for 45 minutes waiting for that. I asked waitress what was wrong and she said they hada lot of carry out deliveries. Never knew they were more important than a sit down customer. We have been to this Bob Evans multiple times, but the last two times we have been we had Ryan as our waiter. He was absolutely... stellar both times. He was fast, accurate, and attentive. Food is always great and nicely cooked, the establishment is moderately clean. However when busy they seem to be a bit... disorganized as well as running all over the place. The cashier :Laura; seems to get sidetracked about every 40sec due to onlyhaving one cashier in the front. While other members of the staff were sipping on drinks, and the waiting list goes for around40 mins. Read more
