I ordered the garlic cheese loaf and a pepperoni and sausage pizza and it's not what it used to be. I used to love Chicago's in... the past two times I've been there it's not been that great and they forgot my sauces that I paid for kind of aggravating cuznow I'm too far away to go back. Ugh. Pizza is super dry and my garlic cheese loaf is really soggy. Very friendly staff thoughand I'm just hoping next time it gets better than the last two times. Read more
The food was fine. The service was a freaking joke. There was no service. Waited 10m for water. Never got a refill. Had to go up... to ask for anything we needed. We were the ONLY people in there. And at least 5 ppl working. Horrible. Didn't have us sign areceipt so we will certainly be watching our bank transactions. Staff was ratchet. Hateful to each other. Speaking nasty abouteach other to us. Absolutely won't be back. What a joke. What a shame. Read more
For 1..they advertise on Facebook that the lunch buffet was 9.00 per person and that includes a drink. We were charged 12.00 per... person and it was a Tuesday. 2, there was little to no pizza on the buffet and the lettuce on the salad bar was brown. We waited25 minutes for them to get a cinnamon pizza out and when we finally got some there was a big ol hair in it. Not on it, COOKED init. I showed the hair to an employee and he just said well sorry about that. Then I went to the counter (because the don't cometo your table) to get my refill to go and they tried to charge me for a to go drink. I said no I'll just leave and on the wayout I showed the OWNER the cooked in hair in the cinnamon pizza and he says..sorry about that. And thats it. I said I'll not beback and he says, well ok. He didn't really seem to care at all that he was losing customers, and we have been there many timeswith our family of 12 people. This place use to be good. But now it kind of dirty and run down. The employees were great but theowner was too worried about telling the employees everything they were doing wrong..(loud enough the customers could hear)..thanthe happiness and experience that the customers were having. Do better, don't have false pricing, don't make paying customerspay for a to go drink, don't correct your employees in front of the customers, don't have hair cooked into the food. Awesome pizza! Everything I have gotten there is delicious. Our go to is the stuffed breadsticks! Their chef salad is really... good and when you get it delivered or carry out it comes in a reusable container. Everyone is always so nice and friendly. Read more
Went here on a week day around 11:45. Had the intention of getting the buffet. Going in the door we saw the buffet had 3 pizzas.... One had one piece left, one had three pieces left, and one was a dessert pizza with three pieces. There were four bread sticks.As a group of 5 we needed more than that and the food was not under a heat source, so may have been cold. We left and wentsomewhere else. No way were we paying $12 a person for this. So different from the Indy location where you have 16 pizzas tochoose from and the one in Indy is under $10. Read more
I ordered a party pizza for my first grade class. The pizza was AMAZING! The service was excellent. My 23 first graders were... beyond thrilled when Thomas walked through our classroom door carrying a pizza larger than they had ever seen. Definitely wasthe talk for the rest of the day. Thank you!!! The food we ordered was ok but everything else was not so good. The employees were friendly especially the older lady. Only 2... people working there was wearing a mask and nobody was wearing gloves even though the Chicago's Pizza website states theopposite. Numerous signs up with different prices and the menu gave different prices as well. Certain areas of the diningroom was dirty. There was a young boy running through the kitchen into the dining room multiple times then went into the backI'm assuming he is a child of an employee. That is a huge no no especially if the Health Department showed up. This experiencecould have been much better but multiple problems were present. I will not be back. Read more
Overall, my absolute favorite pizza. We ordered 3 pizzas, one thin crust, one regular crust, and one deep dish. Normally, I feel... like I eat too much at other pizza places, but that's never the case with Chicago's. Their breadsticks were insanely good andtheir service was incredible. Read more
