Check your order to go orders to ensure you get the sauces and sides you ordered and paid for as they gave told me that they... don't feel they should have to check and be sure the orders are complete upon having trouble. To me waitstaff putting items in abag are just as responsible for order correctness as a waitress at a table due to both working for tips and both being the staffgetween customer and kitchen. Updated my review because the company made up for the bad service last time. My daughters love this place and a kids meal at... 5.75 plus an extra ear of corn for 1.00 means my girls can share one and they still don't eat all of it. Pair that with thechoose your course option for me and I take my daughters to Chili's for less than 20 dollars before the tip and feel much betterabout what they are eating than spending the same amount under the golden arches. Not crazy about this menu personally, but their parking lot is usually pretty close to full. I know they have changed up their... menu a bit but I would have to eat there before I could upgrade my opinion and/or scoring of this place. Food previously too"one note" for me. I am UPGRADING my review/score! We went for dinner the other night. I finally tried something for which theyare known: Fajitas! I had the shrimp which was actually cooked well for what we can get in Indiana. It was seasoned WELL! Itcame with black beans-the BEST I have ever had in a restaurant-and South of the Border rice. Wow, fantastic food and service! We were thoroughly surprised at how long we have lived in town and had not yet visited. The... menu will appease anyones palate - as there is a great variety to the menu. Our favorites are the Southwest Eggrolls, BuffaloChicken Sandwich, and the Brisket Quesadillas. The service was fanatastic - we have dined in and done carry out with no hiccupswhatsoever. During our dine in - we could tell they were short staffed but it never impacted our service - 5 stars! They seemed very short staff the day we were there (Sunday), as they only had half of their dining room area seated. Long wait... for a table but luckily just my husband and I so we sat in the bar and got served quickly. Food came out hot and fresh andperfect! Read more
Good atmosphere, food, drinks, and prices. This place was packed when we went and our food still came out quickly. Chips and... salsa while you wait on food (I love their salsa). Each table has its own kiosk that you can pay, entertain kids, and even ordermore from. Our kiosk did have the wrong bill on it however it was adjusted in less than 5 seconds by the server once notified.No biggie. Read more
Loved my first two experiences here. But the last 2 times I walked out before even being seated. 1st time had some young staff... member smarting off about my mask not being on. Mind you I was pulling it out to put on after getting my son through the doorsafely. He kept giving me dirty looks after his rude comment so I walked out. Just finally tried again this weekend and thehostess completely ignored us talking to someone else. So we sat at a bench. Then the next people to come in she came over andgreeted. And the people behind them. We left and went to Asian Fusion. Great alternative. Read more
