It was great. Thanksgiving Day they were super busy, and there was a long wait time, but it was well worth it. The server was... very nice. Once we were seated our order was taken and we were served in a very short period of time. Kudos to Cracker Barreland the entire staff for an outstanding job. Well done! Read more

Overall, this is one of the better Cracker Barrel restaurants, BUT there's still some room for improvement. We sat at the first... 2 topper on the left when you first walk into the dining area and the lattice panel next to our table was EXTREMELY dusty. I'mtalking close to an inch of dust in places. Not sure why any restaurant would use lattice, as it's not easy to keep clean in thefirst place. That said, the majority of the dining area appeared to be pretty clean, as did the ladies restroom. The frontstore also appeared to be clean and was well organized with so many cute and interesting items. Breakfast for 2 was around$23.00 total (including coffee) and we got more than plenty. Eggs were cooked exactly how we ordered them. Although a bitthinner than it typically is, the gravy was still pretty good. The bacon is very good, but my husband wasn't impressed with thesausage patties. Coffee was good, fresh, hot, and the dining room staff did a great job of keeping our cups refilled. Ourserver did a great job and had a friendly disposition. The hosts/hostesses and cashiers were all very pleasant as well. Read more

Walked right in, took 10 mins to get a seat. Food was great, delivered quickly. Abby was great help and very cordial. One... comment--never like that someone other than my waiter/waitress brings my food. They always forget something (I usually ordermilk to come with my food, and have to often ask for it again.) Not a big deal but just a touch that I prefer. Also, the staffat the cashier position were having a conversation I think your management would not want them to have in view or earshot ofcustomers. This is one of the best experiences for families, guests and visitors from out of town (country, too!). The food is great,... service is always nice, courteous and attentive, and the atmosphere is amazing. So many mementos and things from our history, tools, pictures, it feels like being in a different time :) Read more

I loved the decoration more than anything here. There is a shop in the entrance. The store is more like an antique market than a... restaurant! Except the prices are super expensive! And I never was interested to buy anything!!! The food is good an costefficient. The decoration inside the restaurant is also very beautiful. The walls are decorated with a lot of old and ornamentalstuff. Read more

This is an incredible gem in Bloomington that I have never been before. The prices were very reasonable too.

The service was poor at best. Four other couples who were seated after me and had their orders taken and were eating before my... server acknowledged me. All of the meat on the sampler was over cooked, tasteless and hard. When the cashier asked me how wasthe food I told her the meat was over cooked. She apologized. I felt that being the only person of color (Asian) that it simplywas not worth complaining to management as nothing probably would have been done. I travel all over the country for work andthis ranks on the bottom tier of Cracker Barrel?s that I have gone to. I will not be going back to this location in the monthsto come. Read more
