I was in Bloomington for the weekend and staying at The Graduate around the corner and so glad I found this place. Everything... was so good from the service to the drinks and food. We had heard so much about FARMbloomington and so our expectations were high. We were from out of town and were so pleasantly... surprised that the food, vibes, and experience exceeded our expectations. Unfortunately, this was a disappointing trip. We finally made it in on a Wednesday to try the fried chicken we keep hearing... about. Not a good experience at all. The fried chicken breading was very (too) thick, dry, and flavorless - I just gave up onit. Additionally, the chicken was not seasoned. Not just under seasoned, but not seasoned at all! I get that regionalinterpretations of foods can be different and even creative, although the south does it best (we know firsthand), but seasoningis supposed to be universal. Good things: the service and drinks were good, the chicken breast was tender. That is the best Ican offer as compliments. We will stick to breakfast/brunch and fries! Read more

First time eating here tonight and it was AMAZING! Men had ribeyes and women had pizza. We had Brussels sprouts and garlic... fries for appetizers. And the Silver Oak wine was a bargain! But the best part was our waiter Steel, he was awesome! Read more

What a great experience. The hostesses, the bartenders and our server were so friendly and professional. The atmosphere was... relaxed, and comfortable. Everything was clean...and the food was phenomenal! I can't wait to go back so I can try somethingelse from the menu! We loved this restaurant! The food was fantastic! The atmosphere was great! And the customer service is the best. Also, the... restaurant is beautiful. It is down the street from the Graduate Hotel (where we stayed a few times) and we love it. This is thefirst time coming to the Farm Bloomington.
