I order from here pretty frequently for work, and the other day they forgot my bacon I paid extra for. And you know when you... have one of those days at work and you really want something auditions for lunch to get you through the rest of the day? It wasthat day. And bacon was the one thing on my sandwich I was overly excited about..... I called them, and they were great aboutit. Needed to provide meals to the entire varsity baseball team and coaches. They were so helpful. Took late orders, had to email... back & forth multiple times for incomplete orders, but they took it in stride and delivered a great lunch. They made it easy todo! Read more
Jimmy John's is decent Subs. If you like cheap Subs than Jimmy John's would be the place to go. Plus y'all can go in there and... get free smells. LOL there salami slub is decent. I happen to like their turkey sub as well. If you order for delivery it'salways freaky fast like they say!! Read more
Order always comes incorrectly and "owner / manager" beyond inconsiderate of customer satisfaction. Extremely rude. Owner and... manager laughing on the phone and hanging up on me while I am telling them THEY made a mistake. Food isn't even good, it's slimyand bread is always stale so no one needs to eat this anyway. Wish i could give this 0 stars. No one should ever be orderingfrom this location. Also don't know why other locations within campus are incapable of driving an extra .3 miles to drop off asandwich. Do you not want money??? This location is awesome as it is right on 10th street. Quality like any other Jimmy Johns, not much seating so it is more of a... take and go place. I love them because they get your order done super fast so you are in and out. Perfect when you have a tightlunch break. Low carb options with the lettuce wrap! When I ordered delivery they didn't end up delivering because I didn'tanswer my phone when they arrived. Apparently they don't deliver to your door and you have to go get it from them.
