I came here very oftentimes! Food is good in general! The ramen is different from Japan Ramen but much closer to Chinese... noodles! They have hand pulled noodles and chop noodles(???????)! They also provided different kinds of milk tea and smoothies! The quality is good! In addition, I took one star off since the appetizers doesn?t taste well as I expect since they were tookfrom fridge and stored for a very long time! They are cold and less tasty! The overall experience is good and the restaurant notonly attract Chinese people to come but also local people! Read more

I love the boba and noodles at this eatery. The beef ramen (with fresh made noodles) and Rou jia mo are savory and delicious.... There are also plenty of tasty boba tea / smoothie options. Read more

Authentic Chinese noodles (hand pull thin noodles and chopped wide noodles), dumplings, appetizers, so tasty and flavorful. They... also have boba tea drinks. The service is friendly, quick and attentive. Highly recommend! Read more

This has quickly become my favorite restaurant in Btown. I've gone once a week for the last 4 or 5 weeks, because I can't get... enough. First Photo: Beef Ramen. This was the most recent ramen I tried and I have to say the beef was excellent. It'sextremely tender, lots of flavor, and they gave me a lot of it. Second Photo: Pork Belly Ramen. I'd never tried pork bellybefore this, and it was so so good. Texture wise, it's chewy and fatty, but it contains great flavor, and for me works betterwith the broth flavor than the beef does. Third Photo: Noodles with Pork in Soy Bean Sauce. This one comes without broth, instead you get a delicious salty and savory sauce and some slices cucumbers. This is less filling than the broth ramen, andfeels much more of a summery kind of meal, but out of the three ramen I've tried so far, this one comes second to the beef. Theservice has been very fast every time I've gone, and very friendly. It's generally not been super busy so I'm able to get mypick of seats, whether I'm alone or with a group. They give you chili oil, soy sauce, and a vinegar sauce to add to the brothif you like. I haven't tried the chili oil myself, but my boyfriend loves it and adds it to his ramen every time. It is veryspicy though, so only do a little at a time until you get your desired spice level. My person favorite sauce is the vinegar, itjust adds volume to the broth flavor. They have lots of tea and smoothie options, I don't remember the exact ones I've tried, but I generally just go with a glass of water. I adore this place, it's an easy 5/5 stars for me. Read more

Their handmade noodle was very authentic and pork belly was delicious! But It was little salty to me and the servings are small.

Place is amazing. Very flavorful broth, pork that just falls apart, best steamed dumplings I've had, and boba tea where you can... even pick the sugar content! A note, the "cheese" that they say in the boba tea is a cream cheese, nothing savory! Make sure toadd the strawberry popping boba pearls, it's like they are filled with strawberry puree and are insane! God this place is good. Read more

Lan Ramen is a new ramen place just outside of downtown serving up fresh made ramen. You can see the chef making the noodles by... hand. They also have a large selection of teas and smoothies. The taste was excellent, I had the house ramen which had chicken, beef, and shrimp in it. The meat was all cooked perfectly and the noodles were the perfect texture, different than any I?ve hadbut very good. The broth is almost a bit sweet but they have sauces at the tables to add to the broth to make it perfect. Read more
