No grill marks, steak tasted like it was marinated in tenderizer. Extremely tender meat. Definitely not a natural steak. And why... does Longhorn not grill the steaks like a normal steakhouse. My husband and I went to LongHorn this past Saturday for our Valentines Day to Bloomington, IN. This was our 'special date' we... were greated by a very rude hostess, we told her we would like to set in the bar area please. 'She said she had no tablesavailable when clearly we could see open tables' she said she had to give a different waitress 'more tables', she seated us nextto the bathroom, then to make matters worse, she put a huge party right by us, my husband and I couldn't even talk to eachother, it was very disruptive. We gave 2 stars because the food and waitress were wonderful. Our reviews were typically 5 stars,this was always our favorite restaurant. Disappointing adventure. Read more

We hardly ever have a bad experience here, even when they?re short staffed! They have one of the absolute best steaks in town!!!... It has the best flavor! The only issue we may ever have is that the steak isn?t cooked to our specifications! Not too big of adeal as long as they fix it and give fresh sides after we have to wait! The bread is a nice touch also, and I love those spicychicken bites!!! The spicy chili-ginger sauce is to die for!!! Extremely satisfying experience. From the cocktails to salds to Mac and Cheese to of course the steak, the food was very well... done. I mean the steak was medium rare, but it was well done! Highly recommended for any steak lovers. The staff was veryfriendly and helpful and attends to all your needs. Great place to dine out with a group. Read more
