Staff here are really nice and efficient; drive thru is the way to go. Today I ordered McFlurry but Ice cream machine was down,... so the staff made me an Oreo milkshake instead, super nice and creative! Shoutout to that Girl for going above and beyond!! Read more

This McDonald's is atrocious! Stood and waited at counter fo 8 mins. Before being helped. After being helped 14 mins. to get... our order. 2 breakfast sandwiches. Only 2 menu screens working. If your coming here drive down the road a bit. Save yourselfthe time and disappointment. Read more

This place is so terrible and they can't get their orders right. Been through the drive thru and made mobile orders in the hope... to make it quicker and that is far from the case we usually wait 20 minutes to an hour before we even get the food and 99% ofthe time the order is so messed up we have to take it in to get it fixed. Not sure what the management is doing but they are sogrossly incompetent they should find a different job. I would also check any cups they give you as they have handed me dirty andused cups in the past. If you go to this location check your order and avoid mobile orders they don't seem to know what to dowith them and they will either lose the order or will just not make it and say they never got it. Really think the franchiseowner should fire everyone and start over and have better staff. Read more

So in life when it comes down to customer service everything can be resolved what elegant tactful communication. When I... inquired why my iced coffee had been put in a drink cup instead of coffee cup the manager snared and gave me attitude. She evenattempt to laugh and make fun with the young teenagers that were there. This was completely inappropriate behavior course as acustomer I had clap back too. Nevertheless, her attitude spoiled my appetite and I just asked for a refund. In sum, It seemsshe had a biased defense mechanism going because in fast food most customers are rude but i don't accept any manager projectingtheir dislike for their job on to me. Read more

Unfortunately this McDonald?s went downhill immediately during the first 2 week lockdown that was supposed to ?flatten the... curve?? their hours never went back to remotely normal. The staff stick cones in the drive to signal they?re closed, but usuallythey?ll leave the store lights on and totally ignore customers who think they?re open. It?s pathetic they can?t pop on theirheadsets really quick and just be polite to say ?sorry were short staffed and closed currently?. Guess it?s too much to ask tobe treated decently nowadays. When you can get there during their randoms open hours, the staff have treated me so rudely for noreason at all, I am always polite and say please, thank you, I appreciate it, and so on, yet I?m just flat out ignored and mycard or change is shoved, yes shoved, into my hand without a second glance. I?ve had to knock on the window several times for myreceipt, because heaven forbid they mess up your order and you don?t have a receipt, they will not under any circumstances fixyour order. Smh. Or I?ve been lied to more often than not that my receipt was in the bag, only to find out that it in fact wasnot in my bag when I drove back around the drive thru to get my correct meal. I could go on and on with horrid experiences? yesI could just stop giving them my business but were busy people, every now and then it would be nice to be able to order food fortake out that isn?t pizza, Chinese or taco bell? If I could give this McDonald's a 0 I would. The staff is rude and the restaurant is dirty. They are on their phones instead of... helping customers. Telling customers to order on the kiosk whenever they're standing there texting. Not wearing gloves. I wentthe drive through and waited 15 mins and never got an order in. This has happened more than once. Once I came in I ordered andthe kiosk didn't give me a receipt so I went to the front counter. I was greeted after 20 minutes with a "you can order on akiosk" not one question of what I needed. I then waited over 30 minutes for my food. I never got the receipt which Icontinuously asked for 5 times. I finally just gave up on that idea. Checked my food (I had to tell them what I had in myorder). RUDE Workers, DISGUSTING, AND SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN. I know a ton of other customers that were there unsatisfied and hadtheir orders incorrect multiple times. Read more

This McDonald's is the worst I have ever been to. Unfortunately in a hurry, we still have to swing by there. We just don't have... expectations of the place anymore. They are rude when they answer the phone. When they are out of product when you order, theydon't tell you, they just hand out your bag with missing items that you pay for. They give you 1 napkin. They should hand outpacks of sugar instead of adding it themselves because no one ever remembers to add sugar to coffee after you order and pay forit. Maybe one day they will get their stuff together. Read more
