I'm rating this a 4 only because I know everyone has a bad day and we all have to start somewhere. We weren't in a huge hurry... which ended up being a good thing. Seated almost right away which we thought was a good sign. We were wrong. 5 minutes later wewere greeted by ? (Mumbled her name and I never caught the nametag)name tag) and we gave our beverage order. Another lengthywait and we got our beverages and breadsticks. No salad for the table. One of the things we like about Olive Garden is thesalad. When she came back (another wait) we ordered our food and an appetizer. My wife ordered soup and I had been anticipatingthe "Never ending Pasta". No salad. When we asked about the salad her response was "well they have to make it". Huh! I had notthought of that! We got our appetizer. No salad. Really? I am diabetic so the breadsticks were just temptation and I knew I wasalready having pasta (or so I thought). FINALLY salad. There was 1 tomato slice, no peppers and 1 black olive....but it wassalad. When I got my pasta not long after the salad it was warm, not hot. When I mentioned this my wife said her soup was alsonot hot and the coffee my daughter ordered came out Luke warm. My angel hair pasta with Alfredo was good though and then Iwaited. When she finally came back I ordered a 2nd "Never ending" pasta and waited. Everyone else was done eating. We decided itwasn't "Never ending", it was "All you can wait for". When it did come I took a couple of bites and since it was warm and hadlittle sauce I would just take it home and add some Alfredo to it and eat it then. The manager came by and gruffly asked if wehad asked to see the manager and we honestly said "No, it was the table next to us that had just left; but while you arehere..." After hearing our story he did try to make it right on the bill, so our bad meal didn't cost us as much, but I wouldhave rather paid full price for a great experience and food. AND to be fair the large party of 12 that was fin Read more

When it comes to eating at a dine in restaurant for italian food, the people that you're dealing with have to be knowledgeable. ... The rough is part of our experience what's the facts that we had to wait 4ever for our drinks because the bar wascompletelypacked. We had some questions and we got good information and a painting about what decisions to make regarding whatour tastes interests were. And from host to wait staff we were treated very well from beginning to end. Read more

It was a great environment even for a late dinner. The waitresses were nice and professional. Even though my family and I came... in not long before they closed they didn't make me feel rushed. I will definitely be back again, at an earlier time as well. Read more

Always have liked Olive Garden. Food is good, salad and bread sticks are really good, as with every place, prices are going up... considerably. Still a decent value for what you get. Employees are generally attentive, management runs a good restaurant. Themenu offers variety, but keep in mind most of it is frozen and microwaved, not prepared by Tuscani chef's as one might believe. My first time at this location and enjoyed it very much. Great place, easy to get to, and plenty of parking. Didn't have to... wait and seating was quick. Interior was nicely done and liked the exterior plantings also. All in all a very nice place forlunch or dinner or take friends and visitors from out of town. Great food. Will visit again. Read more
