In all of my years of enjoying Papa Johns, I have never been treated so disrespectfully over the phone when trying to place an... order. Will was the name of the employee. He was very sarcastic and rude, when telling me that they were too busy at the storeto place my order and to call the call center back - when it was the call center who already redirected my call to speak withthe store directly, being I had purchased a local school's fundraiser card with a B1G1 promo to use. I've used this card severaltimes, without any hassle, until my experience last night with Will. The manager informed me, when I called back, that he isn'ta new employee...and after reading other reviews here, it seems as though he's upset other people too. Why would you employsomeone like that there? Papa Johns should have better standards when it comes to service, and take the reviews of its customersmore seriously. Never fails for disappointment. Picked a time for a future pick up order and when I arrived at the exact time, the order was not... ready at all and was told to wait extra 20minutes. What?s the use for making a future pickup order? Duh. Read more
Been waiting well over 1.5 hours in the parking lot was told it'd be done in 20 mins we gave them 30 mins before we showed up. I... would never recommend this papa john's go to bedford papa john's on 16th street. It feels like some of the staff is trying topressure people into canceling their orders so they don't have to do any. Pizza was made as requested, light sauce, extra cheese..I got a meat lovers pizza and some cheese bread. I have nothing bad to... say about my visit. Employees were all busy doing their part. Always nice to see. Keep up the great work y?all!!! Read more
I usually love this papa John's but I had a horrible experience last night. When I called to fix a problem. The person who said... he was "manager" was rude and told me it was hot outside so it happens that a garlic would explode. Then he was rude saying itis just butter... Ugh it was a very irritating experience.. I will be going back to the ellettsville one from now on. Read more
Food is always great, and they?re open late which is incredible for us night shift workers. I order at the start of my lunch... break and can usually get it delivered in time to eat it, lunch break being 40 minutes. That?s a pretty top notch delivery timefor Bloomington. I?ve occasionally had to cancel my order on nights with high demand like if there?s sports or something, butthat?s fairly understandable. Honestly, 10/10 establishment. Read more
I received my pizza and it was raw? So I called hoping for a solution.. I was willing to give back my pizza too, but they told... me they can?t give me a refund, any credit or replacement and they cannot take the pizza back. They told me it?s raw because Iasked to have pineapple on my pizza.. at that point I just had to laugh and shake it off. They also told me there is nocorporate phone number or anything. So basically it?s hopeless and it?s a gamble to see if you get a cooked pizza or not.. Ishould?ve went to Pizza X. Learned my lesson for sure and will not return to this location. Read more
Placed an order for delivery on the app an hour before closing time, paid with card and order went through just fine said it... would be delivered in 30 minutes. 30 or more minutes went by and I got an email saying they cancelled my order and was unable toreach me by phone so I called the number they gave me in the email, told them what the email said so they transferred me to thefront desk, once again explained the email and before I could even finish the guy said "we have no delivery drivers" so Ipolitely asked why it still went through on the app if they weren't taking deliveries and that I didn't even get a phone call ornotice until it was already too late too order. Before I could even finish the guy hung up on me! The email said they wereunable to reach me by phone, probably because they didn't even try to call, my number is on my account!
