Food was ok. If they would add tomatoes and lettuce to there hot sandwiches they would be much better. Has good flavor.

I absolutely love Penn Station okay, let be real people. The subs are A1. Now sometimes the customer service is not so great.... But their is one kid that works there, and he is a very well matter young man. Absolutely a sweetheart and very polite, alwayswants to make sure the customers are pleased and happy. Read more
Food is good but does take about 10-20 minutes to recieve food so it's often difficult to come here on a lunch break from work... but if you don't mind waiting it's a bit pricey but the food is good In response... the store in question is the one this islisted to and I'm typically there around 11am-12pm Read more
I ordered a cold Italian, got the hot by an opps.. but it was still Reallllly good , so either way was still . I'll just... specify cold one next time .. My friend got a hot pizza, he was pretty happy too. lemonade was good . Little surprised Roastbeef wasn't on the menue .. Would go again. Read more
Food is good but it's a shame when you can't find a clean table in an almost empty restaurant at 3pm with 4 or 5 employees on... the clock. Most of their time was spent clowning around loudly behind the counter and refilling their drinks, completelyignoring all the trash on the floor, dirty tables, drink area and full garabage cans. There's no excuse for employees of any age(yes these were all teens and college age) not doing their basic job functions. A chimp or even a robot can easily be trained towipe down tables and pick up trash. Maybe that's where we're headed. Read more
I'm a Jimmy John's guy at heart so the non-freak-fastness was a bit of a drag personally but I will overlook that and say this... place is great. Got the classic Italian and it was superb. This Station definitely made me a return customer. Read more
I love the sandwiches here. But they were slow in the service. However, I believe, by my observation that it was more due to... lack of people to work. The food is always good, hot and served with a smile. They were very polite and that makes up for thewait to order. Read more
