Lady literally said she would b just a minute and had me wait 15 before she came to take my order. Then prefaced are interaction... by telling me it would take 30 minutes for anything I ordered. Pizza was terrible. It was supposed to be here in 30 minutes. It was delivered by a delivery service in an hour. The guy that... delivered it was a very good man. I would highly recommend the delivered guy. But the pizza was terrible. Glad I got thebrownie. Or I would have been still hungry. And I ran my debit card thru there computer system. Sadly there are no customers inside, and only one young man was working, all by himself the day I ordered. He was making the... pizza (we got several), handing out the pickup orders, and checking people picking up orders out at the register. I say people,but there was only me there at the time. I tipped the guy even though I didn't have much to tip with. You would have thought Igave him a million bucks. He was so appreciative, and said not many people tip him. I wish I'd had more to give. Well, thisyoung man has all the jobs in this one location (at least on this particular day he worked alone), and he does his job in a veryprofessional manner. Kudos to this young guy for doing an awesome job, and the pizzas were done exactly what we ordered. Read more
Used to be pretty good. The food itself is still OK, but DO NOT ORDER DELIVERY. They switched to using DoorDash for fulfillment... and I haven't had a single delivery actually come in correctly since they did so because the store didn't include items with theorder when they gave it to the driver. To make it worse, they're impossible to get a hold of. If you call the phone number, itwill just ring for a minute and then cut off - there's no way to contact the store to get your missing items or a refund forthem. Read more
We ordered two pizzas, wings, and breadsticks. We waited over an hour for delivery. Both pizzas were without sauce, the wings... were the wrong type, and the breadsticks were hard and flat as a pancake as if they had not been proofed. Terrible experience. Read more
I am very displeased with how things went tonight, for three reasons: (1) the order was delivered 30 minutes after the estimated... delivery window. I called the store FIVE TIMES for an update, to no answer; then -- (2) the order was not fulfilled accurately,because we redeemed points to get breadsticks, which was reflected on the receipt, yet we didn't get our breadsticks; andfinally -- (3) I requested contactless delivery, yet the driver knocked on our front door, waited for us to answer, andrequested a signature. I?ve received delivery pizza ranging from absolute trash to delectable treasure and this last delivery from PH was... ????????????????????? perfection. I wasn?t home when the delivery took place, but my boyfriend was and I can only assume thedriver took great care based on the pristine condition the pizza was in when I got to it. It was made precisely to myspecifications and was one of the best pizzas I?ve had delivered in recent memory. Service industry/kitchen/delivery jobs canreally suck, so I truly appreciate this perfectly executed pizza experience. Y?all killed it. Be prepared to wait for more than a couple of hours to get delivery, that is if they even show up. Placed an order at 11:08 am... and it is now 1:35pm and the pizza is still showing it is in the process of being made. I Called and they said it will bedelivered in thirty minutes because it is being made. Completely denying that I ordered my food at 11:08 am. Read more
