There is a space for "instructions" for when you order online. Nothing that I entered into the "instructions" was addressed.

This is an okay pizza place in terms of food quality. I personally think it tastes like cardboard with barely any tomato sauce... and cheese on it. On the flip side my family loves it! Read more
Excellent pizza but they cannot get an order right. We order from them weekly and it never fails, they forget something every... single time. Last week it was the cheese for our breadsticks, this week it was the breadsticks. It?s getting so frustrating thatwe?re gonna just find a new favorite pizza place. They told me my card was flagged for being stolen which was definitely not true and I called my bank to make sure everything was... good and the bank said my card was not reported atolen so I guess Pizza X has issues with their system because my card isdefinately not a stolen card it belongs to me and I have ID to prove it. I personally think they just didnt want to make myorder because of the long wait times because the guy who took my order acted kinda funny when I said I didnt mind waiting.
