Very delicious stuff. Really friendly service. Waitress and crew were very attentive.

Arrival was pleasant. Greeted immediately. Restaurant not busy at all. Ordered medium well burger. Burger was medium rare. ... Even double checked burger color comparison on website Grill Burger. No waitress to be found. Finally had to get up and hollerback into the kitchen. Showed burger to waitress and she commented looked "medium well" to her. To me this seems "argumentive"to the customer. AND insulting that her opinion was correct that medium well means the burger shows a large amount of pink....or at least her stupidity. Read more

I went to Red Robin today with my partner. We got mozzarella sticks, the sautéed shroom hamburger and I got the crispy chicken... sandwich. I took a bite out of it and realized the chicken was kind of grey, cut into it and found out it was completely raw!The manager came out to address it and said ?yeah we?ve been having problems with our chicken?. What! He then proceeded to giveme a coupon for a free dessert and tried to charge me for the rest. My partner and I were sick to our stomach. My son likes the corn dog in the kids menu. So we came from time to time, either dine in or take out. The staff is always... friendly and helpful. The last time we ordered over the phone, it is an automatic system, which I have not seen in otherrestaurants before. It was surprisingly effective. We placed the order over the phone and at the end the machined predicted thatthe order will be ready at 6:18pm. And it was! Amazing. Read more

I met with family here to celebrate my birthday this weekend and we all had a wonderful time!
