The worst Starbucks in town. Waited 25 min for my mobile order. What looked like the manager was not in charge and clearly needs... more coaching and experience. My drink was also not up to par and will not be visiting this location again. The owners need torethink who they hired. Walking in and having 15 plus customer waiting for drinks is a sure sign something is wrong. Read more
Slowest Starbucks service I have ever had. Waited in drive through line long enough I watched a car just leave the line. Asked... for two different types of "all day breakfast sandwiches" I which I was told they were out. Once we got to the window, ourdrinks weren't even made. The line was long, I waited for quite a while my order was simple I wanted pumpkin bread heated and after all that time they... gave it to me cold. I was told to pull around come inside to get one heat it they asked me to go outside and get the one that Ihad so that they could heat it up because it was the last one. I retrieved my code pumpkin loaf and ask for a refund. Sure themanager here gave me my money back but she did not refund my time and disappointment. Read more
Whoever is making the caramel ribbon frappuccinos here is pouring their heart and soul into each cup. Seriously. Probably the... best one I've had since they came out with the drink. Incredible. I love you. Read more
Really nice place. Service is fast, everything is clean and new, multiple power sources and the chairs are even comfortable.... Highly recommend if you're into Starbucks. Read more
I have been twice since they opened and had a great visit and drink each time. Gotta love the taste of espresso from a brand new... machine. The staff here is very friendly and the manager is so nice! The store itself is beautiful inside and the parking lot ishuge! I'm so happy that we have two on the west side now, and this one is right on my way to work. Read more
Pretty upset with this new Starbucks. I came thru the drive thru yesterday and ordered a refresher but was given a drink with NO... inclusions, without the inclusions it is a completely different drink. I told the drive thru worker I did NOT want it and hetold me to keep it and that he had cancelled the transaction, that I wouldn't be charged for the drink but to my surprise I wasjust charged today, for the drink they gave me for free yesterday. Which is a shame bc my coworkers and I work right around thecorner and had so very much been looking forward to this location opening. What a disappointment, do not believe I will becoming back to this location anymore. Read more
Just stopped at this store on my way north, and while it seemed the staff was a little stretched thin, my drink was made... perfectly, and everyone was very friendly and helpful - Kelsey especially had such a genuinely positive and vibrant energy. Thestore itself is beautiful too - plenty of space to study or relax. Read more
