Placed a mobile order while waiting in the drive thru line. Get to the window to pick up my order only to be told I had to go... back to the order board and let them know I have a mobile order. ?Well we tried to get your attention? They recently moved theorder board and my window was rolled up. My order should have been ready and instead of arguing with me, just politely hand memy drinks as fast as you charged my card. I ended up picking my drinks up inside and waited for nearly an hour from start tofinish. I wasn?t the only one ! The only excuse I kept hearing is ?we are so busy?. That was just an excuse ! Anticipate yourneeds AND your ability to serve your customers. Take lessons from Chick Filet on excellent customer service (literally fiveminutes from start to finish today). This Starbucks makes great drinks and my mobile order is Always ready when I get there!!!

Place was super super SUPER slow. Don't go here if you are on any kind of break or are needing a drink in a timely manor.

I have been working in Bloomington since December and this Starbucks is the closest to my place at work. I stop here... practically every day I work. Literally 50% of the time if not 75% of the time they are out of something I want! Simple thingslike the new pineapple refresher or the strawberry açai refresher or strawberries that go in the strawberry açai refresher orthe turkey bacon cheddar sandwich. I?m quite sure this restaurant has lost a lot of money from me because they are out of what Iwant. Simple things! I am about ready to give up because any other Starbucks I go to has these items! Very, very kind and friendly staff. The interior is clean and welcoming. Service is fast and accurate. Be careful after you get... your drinks, though. It is difficult to pull out of drive-thru to do the needed 180° turn. Most people have to do an awkwardmulti-point turn to get back onto the access street. It's an unbelievably poor and unfortunate design. Then, there is the issueof trying to get back onto the 4-lane Highway 46. We've stopped trying to do left turns out of here. There are weekly crashes.Too many people taking chances and distracted by hot drinks. Read more

This has been the slowest Starbucks I have ever went to I was in line for over 10 min they take one order at a time get that... car all the way thru the line before they take next order. I dont know if it short staffed but this is the worst Starbucks ever. Read more

This is by far the worst experience I have had at a Starbucks. There was absolutely no sense of urgency. Me and a lot of guests... have been waiting 15 plus minutes for orders and it is unacceptable. Read more

Employees just looked outside and 2 left. Didn't say they were closed on the speaker. Hours show they were open for another 30... mins.waited for 5 mins. Read more
