Worst food ever. The bread is hard as hell. I thought I was eating a rock until I tried to bite into the cookie and almost lost... a tooth. This place literally needs too be shut down and quick. The veggies was so gummy I thought I was eating gummy bears.Please safe you money. Read more

I have ordered curbside multiple times and yet food has never been brought out. I give them 15 minutes after the promised time... and I always have to go in and get it from whatever single employee is sitting around playing on their phone. I am not sure whyI keep going, it?s always disappointing. Read more

This Subway used to be quite excellent, with friendly fast service and delicious hand-crafted subs made to perfection. Now, it... seems they've been hiring a lot younger, and we've started noticing both the quality of the interaction and the food decreasedrastically. We've had multiple negative experiences since the original team of older gentlemen left. Such as, the store beingclosed an hour earlier than the scheduled closing time, and when we arrive to the closed store there is an employee takingpictures of the puppy they allowed to run loose throughout the restaurant. This location no longer seems to have consistenthours - despite being scheduled to be open until 9pm on weekdays, I've found them closed as early as 7:30 with no signage ornotice. The quality of the sandwiches and interactions have also significantly worsened; the employees are a bit too short withcustomers. We also ordered a Curbside order and the lady brought it out, said "Is this yours?" and started handing it in throughour window before we got to ask what the name on the order was. She then nearly walked away without giving us the drink wepurchased, so we called her back and asked her for it; she said she was sorry, and then brought us out a cup of water and saidnothing. We then had to go inside to correct the drink and pick something else, because she failed to tell us that their machinewas just out of the drink we paid for. I do NOT reccomend this location. However, the service and quality at the Bloomfield Rdlocation has been consistently excellent! Read more

The experience was HORRIBLE it's 842pm and we just went there, my fiance and I and the female working had locked the door and... was very rude when she came to unlock it and the store doesn't even close until 10pm. When we went in she was slamming thingsaround and slung the sandwich paper out from the holders, she slammed her hands down on the table, and ask very rude how manysandwiches we wanted and what kind of bread. She was very rude and disrespectful. I will be calling the maanger and corporateoffice in the morning. Read more
