I was in line and had already waited 15 minutes. Then I get to the drive up and she tells me that it's going to be 30 minutes so... they can reset their computers because they went down. I pulled around and watch them literally take the orders of the two guysbehind me. Beyond furious I will never go there again. They did the same thing to my husband last week. See some bad reviews about managers and staff...i don't know about which group that is... but me and my co worker Austin go on... Wednesdays for lunch and the manager and staff on that shift are awesome. Take good care of us and are polite. But then againwe're polite as well. Foods always prepared well. Thanks again for the great service guys! Fast food has gone down hill inelletsville so its refreshing to get good service. Read more

I came here aug 9th 2022 I will be contacting the manager of this store in the morning and hoping to get in touch with the DM... this is the rudest group of workers I have ever encountered. Not only did the miss girl throw the incorrect order toward theback but slammed her window on us. I ordered a combo burrito. She puts in burrito supremo I inform her that's incorrect Isaid combo , she says we don't have that it is a bean add meat. Welk just one minute here. Went through on a Sunday morning at 830 am. No one answered the speaker so I pulled around. 2 employees were standing outside so... I asked if they were open. I was told that they didn't have a manager available to open the doors. I truly hope corporatetakes care of that Read more
I have eaten at a lot of Taco Bell?s and this one is the best Taco Bell?s in southern Indiana. I called to ask how late they... were open (all the Bloomington ones close early) and Jasmine was very polite on the phone.
