I went through the drive-through. The line was very quick. The staff was friendly.
I always go into the lobby of whatever fast food restaurant iam going to eat at and order my food to go...The first thing anyone... is going to notice is how clean it is....As iam ordering my food the cashier was very rude ,she didn't welcome me,she didn'tlook at me at all ,she said "what do you want" I told her my order and that was that...VERY RUDE!!!! She handed me my cup andstill never said a word...I went to get my drink and I couldn't even sit my cup on the counter because IT was so sticky andnasty and there was a huge puddle of water right in front of the drink machine...I recommend NOT GOING TO THIS WENDYS Read more
My chicken nuggets felt like they had been siiting under a heat lamp for at least 4 hours. They were dry as a bone and hurt to... chew. I also had to fight off 3 flies swirling around me. The burger was the only redeeming thing I got. The daves double wasput together with care and cooked to perfection. Clean the place up and get some fresh nuggies going and it will quickly becomea much better expereince. Read more

While I was there in the Bloomington store, I noticed that the crew was talking vulgar and my food was just sitting in the... window and no one was catching the food and preparing for it to get handed to me. So when I asked for the general manager hecame to me with hostility and told me to go F myself. I then asked his name and he told me that his name was John Carter. Ihighly suggest anyone to never go back to this establishment as long as John Carter is there. Hopefully he gets what is comingto him and gets fired!!!!!!!!! Read more
Well I usually just use the drive up window but they move the people too fast they're courteous the food's warm and hot and good... great value they got an extensive menu love the experience five stars. By the way to get the best baked potatoes in town nicefriendly good food served fast courteous people.????? Read more

The best Wendy's in America to be honest. Always great food and service. They did give me the wrong sandwich but I went in the... next day and they gave me a new combo for free plus an additional cookie. Very kind people. Thanks y'all ???? Read more
