We came thru at 11:35pm 25 minutes before close. They were fast and friendly eventually we had a huge order. Great experience!
Small White Castle stopped for lunch wall to wall people. I have to say I was super impressed with the cashier who was... unbelievably polite and the service great. They got us out quick even in that mess the order was correct and the food fresh.Don't know who the manager is but they deserve credit. Read more
Stopped today on our way to the children's museum in Indy. I would like to say CUSTOMER SERVICE was GREAT!The food however, not... so much. Ordered a 30pk, 4 with cheese and pickle only, 4 absolutely plain. EVERYTHING IN THAT BOX HAD ONION ALL OVER IT WHICHLED TO ONION ON EVERYTHING ELSE! we all ate 1 and put the in the back of the truck. Once home I took each one out and "dusted"the onion off the best I could! Good grief. I truly believe whoever cooked our order dumped the ENTIRE bowl of onion on them!The pictures do NO justice. There is onion EVERYWHERE! As a family, I don't think we will stop there again particularly for thisreason. Read more
