Could not believe how nice it was when we got there based on the price. Best westerns and country in a suites were similar if... not more expensive, In the surrounding area. I believe his name is Nick but whoever was working the front desk 10/22 at around 8deserves a raise!! Super helpful super nice and went above and behind making sure me and my family were taken care off after along day and checking in late. Room was clean with a super nice ice/water machine on are floor (with nugget ice!). My wife and Iplan on spending a kid free weekend there in a couple weeks for a date night because it is literally two blocks away from MOAand has a very nice restaurant attached that we were not able to get to this trip. Great place to stop for a night on the way to the airport or a trip to the mall. Clean and comfortable rooms with nice service.... Convenient to attractions, food, gas, and airport. Parking is decent with the parking garage, but not a lot directly out front. Read more

Thoroughly enjoyed my 3 week stay here. The front desk and restaurant/bar staff were very friendly and always helpful. Small... restaurant menu, but very good; enjoyed everything except the meatballs. Room was extremely clean and very well laid out. And aplus, it?s right next to the Hazelwood restaurant. Tracy was one of the front desk employees and she was excellent. My husband and I were here for the weekend, we asked for a... restaurant recommendation and Tracy kept looking until she found us a place that did not disappoint. We truly appreciated hergoing the extra mile for us. The room was clean and modern, the housekeeping staff was friendly and responsive to directrequests. As a weekly business traveler, I?m picky. This hotel was excellent for the price I paid. I had a nice one bedroom suite on the... 5th floor. 524. Good location! I will say that the airplanes are a little loud. I stay in airport hotels all the time. Thewindows aren?t soundproofed here like a lot of other airport hotels. Read more

Paid $210 to stay at this hotel, got into the room and it was 80° in there.. found a stain on our sheets, and in the morning... when we left we found cat food in the bathroom!!! This is supposed to be a pet FREE hotel and we chose that for a reasonconsidering my boyfriend is allergic to cats? Told the front desk about the issue, they were nice about it, gave us the generalmanager?s email. I emailed him the day we checked out, it?s been a week and still haven?t heard anything from him.. I called thehotel and they said he has been ?super busy, but would get ahold of us?. Haven?t heard a thing. Extremely disappointed with thecustomer service from the manager.
