Not a very fancy restaurant to me but i love the food here, Very tasty with good presentation. Not too crowded in week day so i... found it quite and peacefull Lol. I just dont like too busy restaurants. I was so shocked with the 20% of service charge whichis only 5-10% of other places that i have been to. I like the chef and staff here. They were pretty cool. So i still give 5stars for this place. Read more

The visit to Benihana reminded us of why we only ever come to this chain restaurant once every 10 years. We came 45 minutes... early and had a cocktail but the bar was understaffed - took 15 minutes to get a drink order put in. Then as we checked in forour group of 18 people (which we had made a reservation for weeks in advance) for hibachi (which we are aware would have put usat 2 tables), they placed our groups at opposite ends of the restaurant, which was very frustrating since we were all hoping toshare this experience together. Our server was noticeably newer than others, and once again ordering a drink at our table was ahalf hour experience (and our friends whose took well over an hour), arriving just minutes before our sushi appetizer (with ourfriends at our table receiving theirs right as the chef was starting). Additionally, the hostess forgot to turn on the grill sowhen our chef arrived, & he had to wait an extra 15 minutes before he got started. But Guillermo was the reason our diningexperience was somewhat saved from his great service and excellent craftsmanship with his work. Our friends at the other tabledidn't fair as well, reporting that their food was overcooked and even though they were seated at the same time as us, hadn'teven gotten as far as desert or check by the time we left close to 2 hours after being seated. We all left still feeling veryfrustrated that our parties were so separated, and that our service was as slow as it was. Definitely hope management takestheir staffing into consideration and following thru in getting their hibachi grilled fixed in the party room so groups of oursize can enjoy their experience together. Amazing food. Definitely a place to go for a special occasion but expensive, in my opinion, to just go for dinner. Did the... hibachi experience, which was fun for my family who have never done that before. I have experienced it before and noticed thatour chef appeared to not be a regular. He didn't have very many tricks or much of a personality compared to the other chefsaround us. Still very enjoyable. They are extremely short staffed and drinks came a little slow, but as mentioned, understaffed and the waitresses were practically running around. Children's menu was very expensive. All the food was wellmade and delicious. Read more

My experience is from a take-out perspective. Due to the location it seems staff don't care what type of service they provide.... From the host to the bartender(s) Very cold, not attentive, poor communication. Food was standard, so you can come and get agood meal but don't expect to have great customer service. Once again, due to the volume of customers, if someone doesn't have agood experience, its not taken into consideration, although the experience was terrible across the establishment, and theculture isn't to allow everyone to have a great time. It's to come eat, tip and leave. I hope it turns around so this locationcan be a premier spot for great customer service and food. Read more

The staff here work very hard to make the experience of dining at Benihana a lasting memory. Each visit is unique, with plenty... of great people, delicious food, and friendly banter. Though it can be quite busy (make a reservation ahead of time!) and a bitpricey, it is always worth it for a special dinner. Read more

Amazing! I took my son and it was his first time at 9 years old. I ordered for him off the kids menu getting the chicken tenders... and noodles. I ordered the 6-course meal with the trio meats (steak, chicken, and shrimp.) plus we got soup, salad, fried riceand ice cream! Very entertaining. Food is always hot and the courses come out always in perfect timing. Read more

The primary server was great, very accommodating to our large group that had two birthday girls. The table for a group of 10... was a bit snug but doable. Our chef was very theatrical and engaging (Sammy). The chief complaint we had was their face masks-way too hard to hear both the server and chef. The food was delicious as you'd expect. Our server provided ice cream and aphoto to our entire table because of the birthday duo. A great experience and memorable birthday for my daughter's. Read more
