Decided to take a day at the Mall of America and eat dinner at the Cadillac Ranch. A great experience as the bar staff was... quick and courteous. Ordered a sirloin steak medium rare and it was perfectly cooked (Wildfire in Eden Prairie should learn howto cook a steak here) potato was hot and fresh, and the skillet corn was awesome and a plentiful portion. The atmosphere was pretty cool. The food on the other hand was hit and miss. The Salmon pasta was good. But we ordered several... chicken dishes and every single one was WAY overcooked. It was so dry it was like eating chicken jerky. The cook has absolutelyno clue how to cook chicken properly. I have nothing bad to say but next time I visit the Mall of America, I won't be eatinghere again. Plenty of other restaurants to choose from. Read more
A Cadillac facade outside, rock and roll pictures adorning the walls, Tim McGraw overhead, and a mechanical bull on center... stage, Cadillac Ranch had all the makings of my kind of joint, even if it was in a mall; and it did not disappoint. Backing upa decade and some years ago, I found myself in New York City. I bellied up to a bar and ordered the city’s namesake drink; aManhattan; and for this bourbon-loving girl, it was a piece of heaven. Simple, decadent, savory, and delivered in a glass with astem and garnish. I felt fancy, sophisticated, and grown-up as if I had arrived–not only in New York City but, to adulthood.That drink taught me a lot about myself and about life. I have since searched for a great Manhattan, and have found myselfcontinually dropping the bar from great to good to decent. And when I find that elusive beverage, I want to share the goodnews. So, thank you to Paul, the bartender, who perfectly mixed my three Manhattans, and provided a fantastic afternoon for usat Cadillac Ranch. Was a good time. Had blood orange old fashion, and wife had the bloody Mary - both very tasty. For entrees, I had the 1/2... pound of buffalo wings (which was 4 wings), and my wife had the Cobb salad, she really enjoyed it! Read more
Every time we go to Mall of America it seems we end up here. Its always so good and they have a nice selection of food and... beverage at a fair price. We love the the rock star memorabilia throughout the place and it is always relaxing. Read more
I ate outside of the box and had the fried Rocky Mountain Oysters (sliced bull nuts) in a Buffalo sauce and blue cheese. Then... had the country fried chicken, but it was cold in center, it looked done and had clear juices. But the center of the chickenbreast was cold cold, like frigerator cold and the exterior was hot. I'm think pare cooked, refrigerated, and warmed through toorder. However, the were quick and willing to discount my meal, I did eat the two smaller pieces. Read more

There was no waiting. We got seated right away. The drinks did take awhile to get to us. The food was great! Although, I wished... that the menu informed me that they would add mayo to my burger. I hate mayo. The food was fulfilling! Drinks tasted like juice.They were yummy. Read more
