I came to this caribou for a hot chocolate and was pleasantly surprised! Not only was it the most chocolate I have ever had in... one of those drinks, but it was the perfect temperature. There were two baristas and one was training the other (I think) so itwasn?t super fast, but you have to wait for good drinks! I?ll definitely be back as caribou is great to sip on while shopping! Not sure why the ratings are so low here. Service always quick, really nice staff. Edit: i take it back lol i ordered a mint... condition and there was no mint in it and might as well have been an espresso shot. Took them a long time to make it even thothe place was basically empty. Front door was locked and another customer had to let me in. The last few times ive been its beengreat but this was just awful. Girl shamed me for calling a cooler a frappe. Said we don't serve frappes in a nasty voice. Then said they do not have sugar... free caramel. By definition they actually do serve frappes no matter what they call them. This was the location closest to theRadisson in the mall of america. I then went to another caribou coffee on the main floor closer to the middle area of the mall.They were extremely friendly and helpful and they did in fact have sugar free caramel. Hopefully someone will say something tothe first girl so they do not lose business due to her attitude. Read more
Rude was the short Hispanic woman that helped me. Got defensive bc my coffee wasn't what I ordered. Had to let her know I'm NOT... the one then all of sudden wanna be nice. Before that she had attitude about remaking drink then asked for manager lol. Thislocation should be shut down. It's a waste of people's time nd money. Terrible product at this location (Mall of America Level 3, Park in East). Burned coffee and bitter tea. The food was labeled... 'fresh everyday' yet the cheese box purchased had stale cheese. When trying to exchange the product the employees weredefensive and unhelpful. This place is in need of quality control. Read more
The woman working this passed Wednesday (8/23/17) was incredibly rude to my sister-in-law. It was her first time going into a... caribou since she's not from the Midwest & tried ordering a Carmel macchiato. The women then yelled, "this isn't like Starbucks"didn't even try to suggest anything to her & dismissed her after she had blurted out the first caramel drink she saw on themenu. A little patience and some customer service could go a long way here. Read more
The person working the cashier on sunday september 11th was incredibly rude. I think she was the manager named Kelly. Then they... proceeded to make my drink wrong so I kindly went back and asked them to re-make it for me. The other staff were nice, just notthe manager. While waiting for them to re-make my drink, she was yelling at her workers because they weren't doing enough"labor". She should be written up, and possibly fired. Read more
