I went today to the chipotle on France Ave. And I?m very unhappy that this burrito was almost 10 dlls !! Look the size !!! ... ????They count the pieces of the steak and the grains of the rice , sour cream was almost two size of the burrito and thelettuce was like 6 pieces . I?m sorry but if they want to save work or cooking food time, maybe just don?t open the location ormaybe just hire people who really need a job . we, the customers pay a good amount of money for the food and is just not fairthat at the end of the shift they might throw the food away. And when I asked why is the burrito too small the cashier onlysaid ? did you saw him making it ? ? And I said yes . And nothing else was said . Read more

What?s with the deal with door being locked at 1:50pm in the afternoon and a sign on the door that says ?digital only?? Why? As... a costumer, I want to see my meal being made, a place to sit and not eat in my car, and I maybe will want a drink refill. Withhigh prices of eating out, think about the costumer and their experience. A lot of other places to eat. Took my money elsewheretoday. Be better! Read more

Placed a catering order 10 days prior to date of pick up for work event. Received confirmation, card was charged. Went to pick... up order, sign on door said they were closed. No communication leading up to the pick up date saying they'd be closed. Hadcontact info so they could have texted, emailed, or called to alert us at any time to the fact it wouldn't be available so wecould make other arrangements. When I talked to the head office, they apologized and said they could try to place the orderthrough another location (already being 1 hour past when food should have been available at event), but that they do require a24 hour advance for catering orders. I would have appreciated a 24 hour advance notice that our order wouldn't be available.Refunded a few days after. Will not use this location in the future, and likely will not utilize Chipotle for events goingforward. Read more

Whoever owns this restaurant location really needs to pay attention to these reviews and the hours of operation. Yesterday I... went and arrived 30 minutes after the scheduled opening time only to be told I had to wait 30 minutes because a large cateringorder came though. Who is running this place! I agree with the other gentleman in the reviews who said this might be the worstchipotle location in state! This incident is only one of the many occurrences I have had here. Sad. Hard to imagine how they will survive as a company - and what a (previously) good concept. It?s not just this location -... look at the reviews for any. They are a failure and it?s hard to believe the persistent shortages of salad dressing, fajitas,guacamole, hard taco shells - or not on today?s sign, onions and peppers - on staff or supply chain shortages. Those are stapleitems. This is a persistent and problematic trend. Your full-dish menu selections are so impaired as to make themunattainable. So why bother throwing the dice hoping they can actually put a meal together? I chose to leave. The market iswide open for a new fresh Mexican food opportunity. Read more

For me, this chipotle isn't incredible, but it wasn't outright bad either. The layout of the restaurant was really nice and a... little easier to navigate than other locations. However the tables were pretty grimy and I got the impression that the staff wasstressed (everyone was still very polite though!). My food was quite good since they definitely didn't skimp on any ingredients.I would go back here but it might not be my first choice. Read more

Rarely is this Chipotle open for dine in or in person ordering. When they are open, the staff is rude and unprofessional. I... understand it probably really sucks to work at Chipotle and I can appreciate that. But don?t take it out on your customers, takeit out on your company/management. This whole, ?We?re in a crisis. We?re doing our best.? mentality isn?t going to get youanywhere. Do better. Not too mention I?ve ordered online multiple times and rarely receive all the items I ordered. Then, usingthe app to get a refund is all but short of pulling teeth and nails. You only get to speak to an automated AI bot that usuallyonly refunds maybe half your order? TOTAL RIP-OFF!! PORTION SIZE IS TERRIBLE !! 2 bowls, a wrap, chips and guacamole, $50 bucks.. Really ????..the bowls were... barely filled, as you can see in the photo, the bottom of the bowl is not even covered, the veggie wrap was missing the veggies,only had beans and some cheese. And the chips and gauc did not make the bag. You cannot call the store to get a real person onthe phone, it's all automated....which makes you wanna SCREAM !! Good thing we are just passing thru.
