Lazy employees! Waiting in line to be told they are closed. It was still 5 mins til they closed and we were the last ones in... line. Unbelievably rude! Never will have coldstone again. I guess good help is hard to find. Read more
The south Coldstone Creamery in MOA is Never open until the listed hours at the end of the day, not for the last dozen times... I've been there (sometimes 45 minutes early!). The only problem is, its usually staffed by people who make the best coldstoneicecream dishes within 15 miles. All the other Coldstones are staffed by teens who do not care about cleanliness, face masks,coughing on food, getting the order through quickly, etc. This one holds the food quality up to a good standard. Normally cold stone is amazing however this time they barely mixed it like literally one rotation then straight to the dish... caused it to be super rich up top huge chunks of cookie dough and white vanilla not even mixed at the bottom. Not even busy onlyone buying at the time early in the day. Half the fudge ended up on the stone instead of mixed in really good like mostlocations do. I noticed I got overcharged, but it was already too late since they were already closing. I ordered 2 small size (like it) and 1... medium (love it) They charged me $23.84 Which I don't get how did it came to that price since each small size cost about 5dollars and medium 7 dollars.
