The general manager I think his name is Montae or Monte? His customer service is awful!! He?s in there flirting with women and... trying to get their numbers. Was trying to hit on them. I thought he was a GM! What kind of establishment is this. He wasn?t inany type of uniform he was wearing a beanie hat which is unsanitary. He wasn?t doing anything to help his employees but yet wasbeing aggressive towards them to hurry. I ended up waiting 20 minutes for 1 sub sandwich (brisket) and the meat was cold andbread wasn?t toasted. I thought this was a ?hot subs? place. Will never eat here again! I think that man should be looked intoor even fired. Maybe he wasn?t trained right or raised right. Although someone named ?Carter was very sweet and helpful though.Thank you Carter!
