Since I love Cheesesteaks but dislike Great Steak in the Mall of America's main food court, I decided to try the location in the... other food court. Not only was it a mistake on my part, but I learned something from the experience. I hate it when they putthe cheese sauce on the top of the meat so I asked for the cheese to be put on the bun, however, about 90 seconds later myorder appeared with the cheese sauce on the side in a little plastic cup. Unlike the Great Steak in the other food court wherethey make it in front of you, the grill is in the back and there is no way it could be cooked so quick. The sandwich was warmbut not hot and dry as well. After looking at the sandwich I realized the cheesesteak meat was simply batch prepared, thenreheated at a later time. I would strongly suggest not to eat here as I would not be able to determine how old and safe theplace would be to eat. Simply put, I ate both locations in the last 8 days and asked for a simple request which was to put thecheese on the bottom underneath the meat. If they ignore something so simple, how could I entrust Great Steak to follow safefood handling. Read more
Google Maps says they close at 9:30PM on Saturdays. Drove 20 minutes over to be nonchalantly told they closed at 8PM.... Frustrating. The food is good when they're open ???? Read more
Wanted to get some food with a lemonade, but the people before me got it all and that's fine. She said maybe 4 minutes to fill I... said ok I'll wait on it, so I got out of line a proceeded to wait in front of establishment only for her to keep looking overlike she didnt expect me to stay really. And then yelled over about 5 minutes later and said they not going to fill it. If youhad no intentions on filling it don't tell people otherwise. Read more
Awful service. The people there were very rude when I tried to correct my order and instead of remaking it for me were like it?s... already made and went on to the next customer. So I ordered another and said might as well throw the first one out because Iwon?t eat it. The did remake it then but had a piss poor attitude about it and muttered some things under their breath.Absolutely will not be back. They?re costumer service ability?s ruined my lunch. Read more
The large Grest Steak sandwich combo was huge! Came with an order of French fries and a drink. I love that the food is made... right in front of you! Fast friendly service. Price was on point. Went to MOA today, I have never been to a Great Steak. It was Huge and Amazing. Keep in mind, They have 2 sizes, Next time order... the smaller one. It was a little spendy, But we now have Lunch for tomorrow as well. I had the Ultimate Chicken, My Fiance hadThe Great Steak. The People behind the Counter were all very kind and efficient. It's very busy today as it's a holiday weekend,and the associates were fantastic. We will come here again. Read more
Horrible customer service, Closed early and then told told me that it was supposed to be closing at 7. Do not recommend!!!
