I think these guys don?t care for their customers nor for their job, since they are over paid with the new Corona incentives.... When people got too much money in their pockets they seem not to care to do their job correctly, honestly, respectfully norprofessionally. Really sad. Even the bald tall white manager assistant rude, lacks customer service coordination, treatcustomers like enemies or don?t mean anything to the business . Headquarters must take serious steps to address this situationbefore loosing their customers and business. Read more
Ask for your receipt. In at least two occasions the cashier short changed me with 5 dollars in one occasion and two dollars in... the other occasion. They try to get away with ripping off the unsuspecting customers. And once they get caught they become ruderather than apologizing. Read more
The service is usually ok here and almost always quick. Went in here on Christmas Day though and the big guy, tall, white and... balding was rude. He was rude to the guy ahead of me and when I asked him for a bag for my merchandise he completely ignored meand left the register to help someone else. Try to work on your customer service skills! Terrible customer service! when I tried to ask for my missing change and for the receipt that their machine was not giving at... the purchase of the car wash. I was inside the gas station going back and fourth with the employees and even the assistantmanager that don?t even act like one professionally. Instead of offering help he was quickly to say no receipt nothing I can do.Yeah... no receipt because your machine was not giving them out even though I still paid and had missing change. The car wash dryer claims to run for 68 seconds, and then 10 seconds later it stops working. I talked to the staff about it but... they just throw their hands up and say there's nothing they can do. Other holiday stations, offer for you to run your caragain.. the two-night guys seemed extremely reluctant to try to help.. I drive a newer BMW, and I don't want to leave my car wetovernight. So now I'm going to have to go drive it to a different car wash to get it dried. Read more
The car wash is terrible. I think my car came out dirtier than it was before. Choose a different place if youre looking for a... car wash. They also have a disclaimer on the pricey car wash that nothing is their fault, which I think is quite terrible. Useat your car?s own risk. Read more
GAS SHOULD NOT BE COMING OUT OF THE PUMP BEFORE I EVEN TOUCH THE LEVER!!! I was just at the store to get some gas and buy a few... things, and normally I have had nothing but good experiences, but this time the first pump I went to kept stopping. So I juststopped and went inside to pay for the other things and inquire about it. The young lady said it was probably the pump. So Iwent to a different one and tried. THIS time the second I pulled the pump out it started leaking and I thought it was, perhaps,some water that got inside. But it kept leaking, then it started gushing. Mind you, I am personally NOT touching the pump. Someemployees were outside so I asked if this was not working. They laughed and joked, saying something like "it's working now". Itfinally stopped so I tried to ask if that was normal, should I still use it? They said it was okay. Then the girl asked if Iwas holding the pump, which I told her that no. I hadn't touched it. They didn't seem concerned in the slightest, and maybe it'sreally not a concern, but I am not happy to have to pay for gasoline that didn't even go in my car--it splashed on me so I stinkof gasoline. I feel this wasn't respectfully handled, or professionally. I've had a problem one other time with the pump notstopping while I was gassing up, the lever had gotten stuck. I don't know if this is normal or if they just need to maintain thepumps better. Because it's not the first time this has happened, and because this time the employees just laughed and jokedinstead of doing anything to help, I am giving rating 1star. Read more
Reasonably good service, could use some clean up, but peak hours you expect some of that.
