Giving 2 stars because the food itself was good. I've ordered from this place MANY times & it has always been my favorite... chinese food in the area. But today's experience made it so I will NEVER order from them again. I ordered online with a coworkerand I ordered beef lo mein. Instead of sending the lo mein, they sent chow mein. Not a big deal. We tried to call & let themknow the wrong thing was sent & to request they send us a replacement when they are able. We were interrupted the whole phonecall, couldn't even get a word in & then eventually got hung up on. Since we still wanted the food we ordered, we put anotherorder in with another order of lo mein and called again just to ask if they can make sure they make it as lo mein this time. Theman on the phone was once again rude & laughed at me for asking and said he was making it now & then hung up on me again. Like Isaid, the food itself is good. But due to the horrible service I received today, I won't be ordering from them again. I shouldalso add that I was never offered a refund or to make it right. I had to PAY for the 2nd order even though it was a mistake ontheir end just to get what I wanted. Read more
After waiting an HOUR for food delivery, I called the restaurant to make sure my order was received . I was shocked, when I was... not asked for any order information or address, just told “this is the food business, be patient; it, may take an hour, maybean hour and a half.” I wish I had checked reviews before ordering. I always order Eddie Cheng and receive everything, hot andfresh in under 30 minutes, every time. So much for trying something new. My husband ordered me my suppose to be favorite food teriyaki chicken on a stick and house special fried rice. The chicken was... dry dry, tasted old, the rice was hard with barely shrimp, chicken, to much onions no eggs or veggies. My husband called back toexplain the issue not only did he not want to refund my money which we didn’t ask for he hung up and was extra rude for noreason. I will recommend no one ever go to this place also when I went there they were also dead now I see why they did not haveany customers or any service. Read more
Incredibly unprofessional customer service, I guess I'm sorry I asked if my order had been received an hour after ordering,... still no excuse to consistently interrupt and belittle. I understand restaurants are busy, but there was no need to be rude.Questionable food prep sanitation, the white rice tasted like a cleaning solution. Read more
Had the most delicious Chinese food last night. The beef and broccoli was so well cooked and my kids loved it. The chicken balls... were so clean and not greasy. The rice was fluffy and tasty. One of the best we have had. Well done. Read more

Ordered sweet & sour chicken - $9.95. House fried rice - 9.65. Total was $21.12. Amount you get is pretty big compare to other... Chinese restaurants, little bit cheaper too and taste is decent. I'm giving 5 stars because the food price is cheap for theamount you get for the decent taste. Read more
I have yet to be disappointed with their food delivery through ubereats. The cream cheese wontons are amazing, light, and sweet.... The fried rice and beef/chicken with garlic sauce is delicious. Fried or steamed dumplings are a must! If you like it spicy,make sure to ask for extra spicy! I'm picky and this is my go-to restaurant. Read more
