Be careful of bait and switch at this store!! I was going to purchase a dishware set and it rang up $40 more than the sign said!... Luckily I was paying attention since I was purchasing other items. The product placed under the sign was a different 18 piecedishware set than the 18 piece dishware set than the sign was advertising. The member of management blew it off and said it wasobvious that the sign was for a different set. She then walked away and continued to do what she was doing. Didn't apologize fortheir mistake! She just blame it on us for not noticing! Previous to showing to the manager 2 cashiers tried to adjust the priceafter looking at my photo so obviously it want that obvious since they didn't notice. I guarantee that sign stayed right whereit was at she seemed to have no concern in fixing the issue. Read more

A decent store for sure. They've got a lot of furniture options for good prices. The quality isn't amazing, but it's good... enough. The store is HUGE. Very well lit. Associates almost everywhere to help out. The self checkouts are easy to use. Overallthe store is a bit too big and hard to navigate. Not one of the gems in Minneapolis. Read more

IKEA is always fun to shop in. We love looking at the new display rooms and imagining how we would personalize them. I went... there to buy one thing and ended up getting a bunch of useful and cute things. Read more

What a beautiful maze. I love coming here and getting lost(it happens every time) Displays are always changing, but give a fresh... perspective. Although displays change, you can find great things in the warehouse. Food section is huge, unique to the type ofplace IKEA is. Highly recommend you visit. Read more

Employees were helpful navigating our way to the sections we wanted for a very quick stop on our road trip. We could easily have... spent all day at the Minneapolis IKEA! As soon as we get a chance we're coming back! Prices are so reasonable ????? it's alwayson our family bucket list! Read more

Not bad but odd and unfriendly staff - only the guy in Aisle 30 and the Cafeteria were super nice. The rest were brash and... unhelpful. Not the ikea way? Ikea please spend money on retention and training as that will help with keeping customers as wellas staff without turnover. Food was good, but didn?t know they cooked it in vegetable / canola oil. It's IKEA. it's easy to walk through but when it's busy, it's busy. Most of the areas are pretty clean and we'll organized. Most... aisles are easy to access. Lots of items you can find here. It's nice to see the products in showcase versus seeing them inboxes. There are tags of the items and it was easy for us to pick up the items after we were done looking around. Parking iseasy and when we went, we parked on the ramp since it seemed like it wasn't too busy every time we come here to park on theramp. There is a food court here but we've never tried it before. Overall, if you're looking to get inspired to decorate yourplace, this is the place to come and look at. Read more
